깨끗한 객실 정갈한 조식 친철한 스탭분들 덕분에 나의 2번째 암스테르담의 경험은 첫번째보다 훨씬 더 아름다운 추억이 된 것 같아 감사하다.

중앙역에서 가까운 위치라 좋고 깨끗하고인테리어가 앤틱하고 독특해서 좋았음 뷰는 시내라서 좋지는 않고밤에 외부 식당이랑 술집의 소음이 조금있음. 직원들 친절하고 조식도 깔끔하고 좋습니다. 전반적으로 만족합니다.

Everything about The Craftsman was great! It was a wonderful experience. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful, breakfast was wonderful, the location was close to many things, and the character of the rooms was unique.

A gem in the heart of Amsterdam. So unique and special.

O hotel em si não é ruim (é bem localizado, limpo e a funcionária que nos atendeu foi simpática). Entretanto, acredito que nossa escolha de quarto foi infeliz. Ficamos no quarto "The Brewer" (Cervejeiro), e o banheiro simplesmente não tem porta (ou tem, mas é um vidro transparente que de nada serve). Isso foi absolutamente desconfortável e inesperado. Além disso, como o quarto fica praticamente na rua, absorve todo barulho das pessoas conversando na calçada e também de quem anda em cima do quarto (onde fica a cozinha do hotel). Para completar, não tem ar condicionado e a televisão não é smart (não funciona Netflix, por exemplo).

Staff and service were excellent!

Amazing staff, great neighbourhood, beautiful canal views. Highly recommend this hotel. Only caution would be for those with mobility issues, the staircase in the artist is a challenge.

We had a wonderful stay in the basement Brewer room for three nights! The included breakfast was wonderful, with delicious breads, cheeses, and juice. The room itself was very unique and cozy, and the tub was amazing and is tucked into a little alcove. The ceiling was a little short - my 5'9" husband was okay but it was a little close. The shower had great pressure and the bed was really comfortable. It also had its own private entrance so it felt more like an apartment than a hotel. The only thing we would remark on is the bathroom door- it's made of glass and there are several inches of gap at the top, making privacy difficult from who you're staying with. The staff was so helpful throughout and they even offered a takeaway breakfast delivered to our room as we were departing before the usual breakfast time. Overall we would absolutely stay again!

I most enjoyed the atmosphere and theme of the hotel, a wonderful merge of partially intact 17th-century Amsterdam with playful post modern industrial chic. Wonderful staff, very welcoming.

Fab quirky small hotel. the staff are so lovely and made me feel so welcome. The room (Cartography) was spotless and had a great view of canal. Plenty of good choices for breakfast. Quiet location but handy for all the main attentions and plenty of restaurants. only 10 min walk from central train station. i would definitely recommend this hotel

Unique, clean, comfortable room with wonderful staff and breakfast. Lovely canal views but this also means noise from the street which made sleep difficult.

Only spent 1 night at the craftsmen, but could easily stay there 1 month. It was amongst the most charming hotels I've ever visited, full of history and with the most friendly staff.

What a fantastic stay!!! I knew this hotel was going to special, because of the outstandingly glowing reviews and the historical theme, location and setting—but it really was amazing! My favourite things: -Room (The Woodworker) cleverly fitted out and had amazing bathroom with *happy sigh* Le Labo toiletries. We were also gifted a bottle sparkling wine, which was a treat -Breakfast was delicious and was plated and brought to our table with variety of freshly baked goods, boiled egg, fruit, yoghurt, hummus (there are sliced meats if you prefer). The breakfast room was also lovely as it looked out towards the canal -The Craftsman Team: everyone there were really lovely, helpful and friendly Thank you again for a truly special stay!
