お部屋はコンパクトながらも全てが揃っていて快適でした スタッフの方も親切でフレンドリーでした

隣りの部屋の音は覚悟していたのですが、夜中空調？なのか音がずっと聞こえた。 連泊しましたが、コーヒーカップの汚れも綺麗になっていなかった。 部屋の汚れが気になったのと、前日のタオルがそのまま置いてあり、ゴミ箱のゴミも片付けられていなかった。

トラムの駅から近く、とても便利でした。到着が深夜になってしまったのですが、スタッフの方がとても親切で、部屋で飲むようにとコーヒーや紅茶も勧めてくださいました。価格も安くとてもいいホテルだと思います。

El personal de recepción fue muy maleducado y poco profesional. La habitación era muy fría: no hay calefacción, solo un aire acondicionado que funciona mal, y en el baño hacía aún más frío, ya que no tienen ningún sistema para calentarlo. La limpieza es bastante dudosa. Me picaron insectos en la cama, lo que genera muchas dudas sobre el nivel de higiene del hotel. Además, hay mucho ruido, las paredes son muy finas y se escucha absolutamente todo. Otro punto muy incómodo es que nuestra habitación solo era accesible por escaleras, lo que resulta muy molesto si llevas maletas pesadas. Por último, la habitación es extremadamente pequeña, sin espacio suficiente ni siquiera para abrir las maletas. No repetiría la estancia, de hecho tenia otra reserva y la cancelé en el momento de hacer el primer check in

Relatively quiet, good location, close to transportation, large room with enclosed bathroom

A small, charming hotel in a beautifully renovated traditional Dutch building. The room was compact but clean and comfortable, and the receptionist was welcoming. The location was excellent, with trams providing easy access across Amsterdam, and plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and cafés nearby. The only drawback was the heating. We stayed in late December and, despite turning it up, the room did not warm beyond 19°C. Although the room and bedding were clean, there were a few stains on the sheets that did not come out in the wash. Even with these minor issues, it remained a very lovely hotel.

Room was clean, water was hot with good pressure, wifi was strong, hotel was very secure, staff were very friendly, lots of cafes and restaurants in the area.

Værelset var rent. Personalet helt vildt søde. Elevator var også en mulighed hvilket var fedt når man boede på 4 etage. Dejligt roligt hotel

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. The room though small had a comfy bed, was super clean and had a nice modern bathroom. Air con was a bit suspect but there was a helpful electric heater which kept the room nice and warm. Altogether excellent value.

I would like to commend the service we received, upon check in and check out everything went smoothly. We arrived early on the day of check in and requested our bags to be stored , instead we were told that we could check in to our rooms instead! Also on the day of check out the team made it easy for us to store our luggage whilst we explored Amsterdam. Upon leaving the same member of staff who had checked us in was present, he asked us about our little holiday and provided us with a coffee and little treat for our journey back to the UK. As for the rooms, mine was on the smaller side but that’s expected, however it was cozy for sure. Location is very convenient, the tram cost ca. €1.7 from central station and it’s more less door to door. All in all for the price , I would definitely recommend for a short weekend stay.
