部屋は清潔で必要なものは揃っていて快適です。 ホテルのスタッフは親切でソツのないコミュニケーションをとってくれます。すぐ近くに24時間営業のスーパーマーケットもあり、とても便利でした。

Clean and great location

Right in the heart of the city but still quiet.

Great place just what we asked for a clean and friendly place and close to town

There wasn't any air, but we were there early enough in the year that we were able to keep the room cool with the windows open. however keeping the windows open meant being kept up by all the foot traffic and people screaming on the streets at 3 in the morning. it happened every night and made for not very good nights of sleeping.

Rooms were small with no view.

Hotel at a nice location and very close to the centre. Then there is no more positive words from our trip. We had a 4 persons bedroom. With no place to put the lugage. Pillows hard as a rock. No place to hang 4 towels and an airsystem (not air conditioning) that reminded you on the time you sat in the office right next to the printer. To much noise. The top of the experience was the fire alarm going of in the middle of the night....that can happen. But did the receptionist tell us all who was waiting for information in the hall, that is was a mistake and we could return to our rooms? Nooo. Did he say sorry about the inconviency? Nooo Are we coming back? Nooo

Room was cleaned everyday you required it to be to a high standard Air con had multi functions and worked very well. Lovely out of centre location with great restaurants and bars around

Nice hotel, clean rooms. We went for a twin room which was a little small bit adequate for our needs. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend

Quiet residential area close to restaurants and museums. Friendly helpful staff. Rooms could use more counter space. Would book here again.

Clean room, enough space, as there was a big window ledge where we could place our suitcases. Back of the house with window. Nice and quiet. Window cannot be opened but Air con is working (a bit loud). Close to everything with some great restaurants in the area. Would book again.

We got a room in the basement no windows and the aircondition running 24/7 to keep the room dry and cooled down - pipes from water and toilet from upstairs was like crazy - we asked for the water to leave the zink but the couldn’t do anything the beds were like a cheap madras ( to small ) for 2 adults All in one, sorry to say bad, especially the basement Location is good

Nous savions que la chambre que nous avions choisie était dans un demi sous-sol donc la luminosité était moindre, mais nous avons adoré y séjourner. Le personnel était très sympathique et avenant, l’emplacement central et la propreté excellente. Il y a également un parc pour enfants à proximité.

The location was great, we walked everywhere we wanted to go. Staff was amazing and friendly. Liked that they kept our luggage before and after check in and out. Very clean and comfortable

I wouldn’t recommend! The only good thing was the location. Our room was in the basement and because of the wording I didn’t realize. I tried to change the room and they said “you get what you pay for.” There weren’t helpful and a bit condescending. They were trying to charge me more for the same size room just on a different floor which was so tiny, we could only open 1 suitcase at a time. There were no shelves or draws just a few hangers which we used for our jackets. OVERPRICED for sure. Also the tiny bathroom \shower was not private at all. You could see through the walls and hear everything. Luckily I went with my niece but I wouldn’t have been okay with that if I went with anyone else.

Convenient location. Great to shower and rest after exploring all day.

Clean room, staff was nice, AC was working, shops nearby. The room i booked was supposed to be "city view" but I was put in the back building with no view. Overall i'd say it was good. Thanks!

Great location. Rooms small but fine. Could be more soundproof as was woken by neighbours getting up early the first morning. Staff were really good.
