Connivence to city centre

The location was great, we walked everywhere we wanted to go. Staff was amazing and friendly. Liked that they kept our luggage before and after check in and out. Very clean and comfortable

I wouldn’t recommend! The only good thing was the location. Our room was in the basement and because of the wording I didn’t realize. I tried to change the room and they said “you get what you pay for.” There weren’t helpful and a bit condescending. They were trying to charge me more for the same size room just on a different floor which was so tiny, we could only open 1 suitcase at a time. There were no shelves or draws just a few hangers which we used for our jackets. OVERPRICED for sure. Also the tiny bathroom \shower was not private at all. You could see through the walls and hear everything. Luckily I went with my niece but I wouldn’t have been okay with that if I went with anyone else.

Convenient location. Great to shower and rest after exploring all day.

Clean room, staff was nice, AC was working, shops nearby. The room i booked was supposed to be "city view" but I was put in the back building with no view. Overall i'd say it was good. Thanks!

Great location. Rooms small but fine. Could be more soundproof as was woken by neighbours getting up early the first morning. Staff were really good.

Excellent stay! Staff is very nice and attentive. Very clean and I watched them actually mopping the room floors each day. Very convenient location. You can walk or bike everywhere. You can rent a bike at the front desk 24 hours a day. Super convenient!

Nice staff but the doors in the room were loud and squeeky.

We had a large room with cool styling, quiet and very comfortable. Pleasant staff too. But the location stole the show! Amazing location.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Fahrstuhl zu den Zimmern war immer schnell verfügbar. Unser Zimmer war sauber und alles was man so brauchte war vorhanden. Insgesamt war das Zimmer ruhig und man konnte fie Nachbarn und die Straße vor dem Hotel kaum hören. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet. Das Wichtigste der Amsterdamer Innenstadt ist in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Ein großes und sicheres Parkhaus ist ebenfalls fußläufig gelegen.

location is perfect. Room is a bit small, facilities are bit old. We didn’t find where the heating was, but there is a heating, room is warm.

First and foremost, I want to acknowledge the guy who helped us checked in, he was very nice. However, he gave us a basement room which I did not booked. I avoided the basement because I was concerned of the musty smell and the air quality. I’m also claustrophobic and the basement doesn’t have any service. I don’t like relying on using WiFi because of the nature of my work. The description of the hotel doesn’t really made it CLEAR that it’s a basement. They want to charge extra even on the first floor. I think for non Dutch speakers it should say in the description the you’re booking a BASEMENT room without window and a very tiny room for 3 people. Also, a typical hotel would provide some essentials such as conditioner, lotion and shampoo. This hotel only provided a body wash. Sorry to say for the amount they’re charging the customers per night, you better off booking somewhere else to get your money worth. Better description of the room you’re booking would have been nice for transparency.

Room was very clean, staff was excellent. Cons were the bathroom layout and “frosted glass” was very see through. Sink was in the room itself and water was able to travel all over the counter. Location was great with shops very close
