フロントにスタッフがいなくてチェックインできないまま外で1時間待たされた。シャワーの排水口の流れが悪い、ほこりっぽい、窓開けられない、

まずフロントがない。ちゃんと予約が通っていればよいのですが、予約番号が予約サイトからの番号と異なるため、ちゃんとチェックインができなかった。 また、2日目以降はまたカードキーが使えなくなり、再度確認する必要があり面倒。 極め付けは、最終日に別の人が部屋に入ってきた。後に下の従業員が部屋外までこちらの名前を聞きにきたが、ちゃんと管理できてないだろうか。。 部屋にいて、起きていたから良かったが、不在時や就寝中だったら正直怖い。 部屋は綺麗でした。

The bathroom and the room were dirty, there was no toilet paper. The service was terrible.

Close to transport, plenty of shops nearby and well located for dining options.

No functional heating. Not enough power at all. That made the stay quite awful

Staff was extremely responsive and helpful. Room was cozy.

Regrettably, the experience was far below what is expected from a 4-star establishment, On the first night, the television in our room was not working. While this was an inconvenience, we accepted the offer to be upgraded to a suite on the second night. However, things deteriorated further when we discovered live bed bugs in the upgraded suite. This is absolutely unacceptable and a serious health concern. We have clear video evidence of the bed bugs, captured on three separate occasions during our stay. The presence of bed bugs in any hotel room—let alone in a suite of a 4-star hotel—is appalling and unhygienic, and it made the remainder of our visit deeply uncomfortable. While we appreciate the effort of the staff member who assisted us during this ordeal—who was professional and helpful—the overall experience was completely unacceptable. We were offered free drinks on the house, but let us be clear: this is not an appropriate form of compensation for sleeping in unsanitary, unsafe conditions. The issues we encountered go far beyond what a few complimentary beverages can remedy. This is not a minor inconvenience; it is a public health concern.

Pulizia e confort

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Check in und Out war Problemlos. Der Zugang zu den Suiten war durch hohe Treppenstufen etwas kompliziert. Das Bett war super. Leider sehr laut bis 2 Uhr nachts am Wochenende. Club direkt darunter und Zimmer nicht Schallisoliert.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral direkt über Bars und Restaurants, die zum Hotel gehören. Obwohl dort bis nachts Gäste draußen sitzen , hat uns das im Zimmer nicht gestört und wir konnten gut schlafen. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett sehr bequem und zum Übernachten absolut fein.

The hotel needs to take a look on its electrical appliances, the fridge was left unplugged, and when we tried, we found that the socket was broken and it was so dangerous! The hotel implements a "Quiet policy" within the hotel at night, sadly the hotel is located among several bars, casinos and restaurants, plus its poor sound proofing, it was very noisy at mid-night. In some of the days, the house keeping were not done when we expected to, or when we have asked to.

Reservation Cancellation I recently encountered a frustrating situation with Monument Hotel. I had a reservation confirmed for August 2, but just a few hours before my arrival, I received a cancellation notice without any clear explanation. This last-minute change left me scrambling for alternative accommodations, which is not what I expected when booking with a reputable hotel. The lack of communication and consideration for my plans was disappointing. I would have appreciated a timely notification and perhaps assistance in finding another room nearby. Unfortunately, this experience has tarnished my impression of the hotel, and I cannot recommend it based on this incident. Hopefully, they can improve their communication and customer service in the future.

Great hotel for staying in the Amsterdam area with modern facilities and a perfect location

Good location!

Modern eingerichtete und saubere Zimmer. Am Wochenende aucv bis in die frühen Morgenstunden sehr laut durch die benachbarten Bars und Clubs.

The room was “ok”. Loved the shower room and that it is separate from the toilet. But the room overall lacked a vibe. The staff were nice but kind of dismissive. They are working the restaurant in addition the front desk so the check in was kind of rushed. The walk to the train wasn’t too bad. I did prefer staying outside of the center of Amsterdam as it was a bit chill. I didn’t know our room would be right over the restaurant so the noise level was pretty loud until late evenings.

Hotel sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Zimmer ausreichend groß und gut ausgestattet.Aber leider nach dem zweiten Tag kaum noch Zimmerservice. Sauberkeit lies zu wünschen übrig!
