宿泊代の高いアムステルダムを避けてザーンダムのこのホテルで正解だった。部屋は清潔で良くまとまっていて使いやすい。ひとつ欠点は、週末の廻りのレストラン街の騒音が半端ないこと。

フロントにスタッフがいなくてチェックインできないまま外で1時間待たされた。シャワーの排水口の流れが悪い、ほこりっぽい、窓開けられない、

まずフロントがない。ちゃんと予約が通っていればよいのですが、予約番号が予約サイトからの番号と異なるため、ちゃんとチェックインができなかった。 また、2日目以降はまたカードキーが使えなくなり、再度確認する必要があり面倒。 極め付けは、最終日に別の人が部屋に入ってきた。後に下の従業員が部屋外までこちらの名前を聞きにきたが、ちゃんと管理できてないだろうか。。 部屋にいて、起きていたから良かったが、不在時や就寝中だったら正直怖い。 部屋は綺麗でした。

15 minute walk from station . Hotel had reception from 10am until 11pm. Lots of restaurants around. Hotel provided us with a dinks voucher for the Eve restaurant next door. Check in easy

O hotel fica 7 minutos da estação de trem de Zaandam o que pode ser problemático quando se vem com malas direto do aeroporto. No primeiro dia o ralo do banheiro não funcionava, uma pessoa do hotel consertou. Além disso, um cheiro terrível saía do ralo o que nos fez pedir para mudarmos de acomodação, foi feita a mudança para a suite premium, esse novo quarto muito bom. Contudo para acessar era necessário subir muitos lances de escada, não tivemos ajuda dos funcionários do hotel para transportar as malas o que acredito não ser a maneira mais hospitaleira se lidar.

Big room, the shower was really good

Everything was so perfect.

Very clean comfortable room with efficient air conditioning, overlooking Tsar Peter statue.

Hôtel bien situé autour d'une petite place. Proche de la gare et avec plein de restaurants pour manger et prendre un verre. Attention peut être un peu bruyant le soir suivant au se trouve votre chambre. Un petit bémol dans les chambres dont les fenêtres ne s'ouvrent pas. Personnel agréable.

La struttura è molto carina. Le pulizie vengono effettuate su richiesta. L'hotel è situato in posizione centrale a circa 300 mt. dalla stazione. Ottimi il ristorante ed il pub all'interno dell'albergo. Le stanze sono piuttosto piccole. Non c'è reception dopo le h. 18,00. Le ragazze, molto brave, dei ristoranti suppliscono a tale mancanza. Altri locali e negozi sono davvero vicini

Lovely hotel, great location. Nice and clean.. heating and aircon, nice big hot shower.. great value restaurants, close to really good supermarket.. nothing negative to say .. would absolutely recommend and stay again.

Decent

The room had small fly’s, there was rubbish under the bed from the previous people which the cleaner didn’t bother to check which brought all the flys in the room. On the second day she didn’t bother to clean the shower and left the towels on the floor, also we booked in 3 adult and a child age 8. when we went in the room there was a cot bed made up, which I had to take down.

The bathroom and the room were dirty, there was no toilet paper. The service was terrible.

Close to transport, plenty of shops nearby and well located for dining options.

No functional heating. Not enough power at all. That made the stay quite awful

Regrettably, the experience was far below what is expected from a 4-star establishment, On the first night, the television in our room was not working. While this was an inconvenience, we accepted the offer to be upgraded to a suite on the second night. However, things deteriorated further when we discovered live bed bugs in the upgraded suite. This is absolutely unacceptable and a serious health concern. We have clear video evidence of the bed bugs, captured on three separate occasions during our stay. The presence of bed bugs in any hotel room—let alone in a suite of a 4-star hotel—is appalling and unhygienic, and it made the remainder of our visit deeply uncomfortable. While we appreciate the effort of the staff member who assisted us during this ordeal—who was professional and helpful—the overall experience was completely unacceptable. We were offered free drinks on the house, but let us be clear: this is not an appropriate form of compensation for sleeping in unsanitary, unsafe conditions. The issues we encountered go far beyond what a few complimentary beverages can remedy. This is not a minor inconvenience; it is a public health concern.
