いたって普通のホテル。運河沿いですぐ横のテラス席でビールを飲む人がいたり、ゴミ捨て場があったりして終始うるさい環境です。

駅からは歩くと15分程しました。 ロビーのお兄さんはゴリゴリにタトゥーを入れているけど、とても親切で良いお店など紹介してくれたり感謝しています。 タトゥーはサウスパークのキャラクターとキティちゃんです。 客室は一定水準の清潔感を保っていると思います。

Pros. - Many restaurants and bars and a supermarket near the hotel. - The tram station just in front of the hotel directly connecting to Centraal station and RAI station without no transfer. - Nice view of inner garden. - Free WiFi works well. Cons. - Many mosquitoes in the room. You need a mosquito repellent. - No refrigerator in each room. - Only shower, no bathtub. - No soap, toothbrush, or razor equipped in the bathroom.

アムステルダムの旧市街のホテルはエスカレーターのないところが多いので、エスカレーター付きでアルマダホテルを選びましたが、フロントまで10段くらいの階段を上らなければならず、トランクが重かったのでちょっと辛かったです。 部屋が狭いのは承知の上であったし、スタッフがとても感じ良く親切なので、最初の階段以外は満足です。

部屋の広さと窓から見えるアパートの裏庭の景色は最高でした。ロケーションもトラム駅が目の前、レンブラント広場至近ということで良かったです。泊まった部屋はホテル本館隣のアパートの２階一室です。階段は勾配キツめR緩めの螺旋です。まずレセプションへも１０段くらいのキツめの勾配の直線階段登る必要有りです。問題は滞在２日目夕方替えていただいたシーツにいたダニでした。体が痒くて夜中起きてそこから寝れませんでした。でも、良いホテルでした。細かい事気にする方はダメでしょう。

The hotel was comfortable in a good location. A small rooms definitely small rbut it's cozy. Staff were very friendly and helpful and a lovely cafe right next to the hotel! We would visit again. Anna the receptionist was very friendly.

My booking was lost- however they were able to find me a room and refund what I had paid- the young man at reception was trying so hard to help fix the problem and continued to be helpful in so many ways as I found more Accommodation- thank you

There are no bags in the trash cans, the trash cans are too small, no hand soap, hairs everywhere on the bedclothes, the floor got wet and I wiped it with paper so the paper got really dirty, meaning the floors haven't been mopped in a long time. The TV remote control is missing and when asked for it they promise to bring it to the room, but it doesn't. The hairdryer doesn't turn on. The hotel doesn't have an elevator, there's no refrigerator in the rooms, the room is cramped, the walls are full of black marks, after a shower water floods the room, there's no floor squeegee to dry the floor, expensive!

For what it is, it's a good hotel, in a good location. The complimentary tea and coffee in reception was appreciated and the reception staff were helpful. The rooms are perfectly adequate as are the on suits shower rooms, but not overly spacious (if in a double, expect one of you to have to climb out of bed from the bottom). Clearly some elements are in needs of a bit of TLC and there is no sound proofing, but given the age of the building, that can be forgiven and wasn't really an issue. There is a bar literally next door that does a great breakfast and a bakery across the canal which is open earlier for coffee and pastries, they also do great sandwiches. The area itself is relatively quiet but still has plenty of shops and restaurants and everything is within reasonable walking distance. Would we stay there again? yes.

Dåligt skick. Mögel i taket på toaletten, silverfiskar och ospolad toalett när jag kom. Mycket slitet. Ingen frukostservering. Men centralt. Ganska nära Metron, ca 500 m till Waterlooplein.

Ett smutsigt litet rum i källaren med spindelnät i alla hörn i taket. Garderob som knappt gick att öppna pga fallrisk. Tvn fungerade inte. Fransiga, trasiga handdukar, ingen tvål. Från duschen fanns ingen fuktspärr så vattnet rann ut i rummet. Bar utanför så party till 02:30 varje kväll & så dåligt isolerat så kändes som om partyt var i rummet. Har rest i 30 åt & detta var det värsta jag varit med om.

Otelin nehir manzaralı merkezi konumu mükemmeldi. Güler yüzlü ve ilgili personel ile konaklamamızı sorunsuz bir şekilde tamamladık. Tek sorun alt kattaki odaların çok küçük olması

Room was small for two; not many facilities in room either, e.g. no kettle, etc. Lift was tiny. Staff were not very friendly.

Decent place, close to the city centre, 24hr access and staff, accommodating and friendly, access to a taxi to and fro airport for a cheaper price if requested (57 Euro compared to nearly 80 Euro), rooms are clean although dated and could so with a spurce up and lack tea/coffee making facilities in the room, although there is a machine at reception. Would give 3.5/5. Only thing that really lets it down are the dated rooms but for a 3 star hotel it's welcoming and accommodating staff, fairly central location and overall cleanliness made it a good experience

Brilliant alltogether experience, I travelled alone and the hotel staff were fantastic, don't listen to the reviews on Google this place is top notch, staff were so friendly and helpful especially since this was my first time visiting Amsterdam clean rooms, great service, couldn't ask for more, my only quam was the cleaners start a bit early for me as I was out most nights enjoying the nightlife but just proves the place is very clean, I will be back to this same hotel in the near future 5stars from me well done!
