Take a basic hotel but with lovely staff and in a brilliant location. Highly recommend.

The room is clean and the water is hot. The location is perfect, with a cosy cafe next door.

Great value for the area you're 30min walk from centraal station. Everything else is walkable and it's quiet considering everything around. Friendly staff too. Made our beds each day. Room was clean. There was heat and AC. We stayed 2 nights.

Staf were lovely and friendly and the room was cleaned daily if you needed it. A great stay and very convenient location.

Upon arrival, we were welcomed at the desk and staff appeared helpful with no concerns. However, upon entering the room - there were marks all over the walls, a strong smell of damp and damp markings on one wall. The TV did not work without the remote, which was not in the room either. We were woken intermittently during the first night, by a neighbouring room and slamming doors. We were also locked out of our room due to batteries running out on the automated card door lock mechanism, whilst the desk clerk was replacing this downstairs, I was confronted by a male customer as he was entering the room next door. It became apparent that the lone female in the room next to ours was a sex worker working from this hotel. Once this was reported to the desk clerk, whilst he attempted to be helpful - it was only heard to the extent that they would 'speak to the individual' to ensure she had no 'visitors' that night, and we were refused a different room or upgrade as an alternative. Whilst the staff were not rude, the response was awful and we would definately not recommend staying with them unfortunately.

Very comfortable stay. Room and bathroom were very clean. Easy book in and check out with very good staff

The wall in the room had a few dirty marks on the tv didt work and the heatimg wast uo to mich other than that place was deacnt

Location was excellent, room was small, but decent. Our 'city view' was into a filthy courtyard, so really, no view. Bed was comfortable, and staff was nice. For the price, I'd say it was good value. I'd stay here again for sure.

Small room. Very central location. Quiet neighbourhood. Excellent staff. Perfect for a nights stay.

Einfache Zimmer aber vollkommen ausreichend und in Ordnung, wenn man eh vorhat Amsterdam zu erleben und dort einfach nur zu schlafen. Die Lage ist Hammer!
