建物が古いので、荷物を持ってとても急な階段を上がることになります。部屋の窓がきちんと閉まらず、冬の夜は少し寒かったです。

a lovely little hotel, not a long walk at all to the centre!

Camera molto piccola , termosifone vecchissimo e doccia senza vetro ma con telo.la sera siamo arrivati e abbiamo avuto un problema con check in on Line ma Expedia non è riuscito a rintracciare i referenti dell’hotel per oltre un paio d’ore . La posizione è ottima vicino al centro che si raggiunge con breve passeggiata.

Great location to walkabout the city. Friendly staff available by phone 9am - 6pm. NOT handicap adapted.

This hotel is the perfect location. Central to many sightseeing/museums/restaurants. Paolo was very professional. We love our time there and would come back for sure! Just be ready for the stairs ! lol But it’s all part of the experience when you are in Amsterdam!

Typical small European boutique hotel but lots of character, canal views, great location. Stairs very shallow and steep so use care!

Last floor, I am 65 years old and knees and back problems, I did not know about the stairs

Nice, clean, simple room with a beautiful location right on the canal. Everything was clean and comfortable. I stayed on one of the top floors and the stairs are very steep, so be warned if you are carrying your luggage. I also found the room to be cold at night.

The hotel is near the 9 Streets and easy walking distance to Dam Square and Museumplein. It was charming and exactly the experience we were looking for in Amsterdam!

Property is very pretty and walking distance from many beautiful places and good food. Just keep in mind there are is no elevator to go up to the rooms.

Lovely helpful staff. They lift the bags up to the room for you. Stairs are a bit too steep and narrow for some people, no lift. Close to everything, very convenient location.

The room was on the smaller side—so if you’re expecting a large, American-style hotel, this may not be for you—but it was perfect for those who appreciate old-world charm and a location right on the canal. The hotel is well-situated, about a 10 to 15-minute walk from many major sites. The stairs are steep and narrow, but still manageable even if you have mild mobility issues—just something to keep in mind. The only downside was that staff is only available from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, which made coordinating check-in and check-out around flight times a bit more challenging. However, overall it was a pleasant experience and a great spot for exploring the area.
