Definitivamente un Hotel el cual volveremos, la habitación 10/10 impecable, limpieza extrema, muy bonito y amplio su baño, lavavajillas, estufa, todo impecable, sobre todo la pronta atención de las chicas en todo momento, nos atendió Anahí y fue muy amable… las chicas de oficina también muy serviciales.. nos sentimos como en casa.. muchísimas gracias por todo! Esperamos que pronto habrán el restaurante y será magnífico!

The property is conveniently located, and the room was very clean. The towels and kitchenware provided were also in excellent condition, making our stay very comfortable.

室内はとても綺麗でキッチンもあり快適に過ごすことができました。
アプリで鍵を開けるのですが通信がよくないタイミングがあり解錠に時間がかかることがあったので、1Fでカードキーを発行するのが良さそうでした。
その他はとても快適に過ごすことができました。
オーロラ観測もでき、とてもいい滞在となりました。

There is a grocery shop nearby, which make it very convenient, and all the cooking stuff is there to use too. But we didn’t get any view.

Our Aparthotel was too small for 4 people it was designed for. The bedroom was overwhelmed by bed. There was no access from one side and only a foot of space on the other. Otherwise, the suite was well appointed and taken care of. There is no front desk. We had to check in with a robot.

Room wise and location wise are good. But response to my message/inquiry was not promptly responded and only responded after several messages follow up which I can prove using my chain of messages. Other hotels accomodation that I have used using Hotels.com normally gave response within 6-8 hours. Considering that I paid alot for 4 night stay, it was overprice (noted it is around xmas holiday season but still overpriced) and service was not upto par. So unfortunately, i will stay elsewhere in my next visit to Tromso

The check in was relatively easy, except the mobile key didn’t work but was able to get a real key. The apartment is clean with nice view. The location is close to Downtown and all activities pickup is within 5-10 minutes walk. The staff is very responsive. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The room was full of dust. I’m allergic and had a pretty bad time. It seemed that the curtains, carpet, mattress and sofa were not regularly cleaned. There was a thick layer of dust in the shelf behind the bed, but you could breathe the dust in the air anyways. Additionally, the staff was not particularly welcoming when we came to ask for instructions to use the storage room as we checked in a bit earlier. You get the feeling that “you’re on your own”.

Das Appartment war perfekt für meine Bedürfnisse geeignet, allerdings waren die Fenster des Appartments 719 direkt zum Hauptflur ausgerichtet, so dass man vom Hauptflur jederzeit direkten Einblick in meinen Wohnraum hatte. Also musste ich die meiste Zeit die Gardinen geschlossen halten, um meine Privatsphäre zu schützen. Das erzeugt ein Gefühl, als würde man in einem Schrank wohnen. Zumal in dieser Jahreszeit ohnehin kaum Tageslicht vorhanden ist. Ich denke, man sollte die Lage des Appartments im Haus klar kommunizieren und zu einem günstigeren Preis vermieten.

Grundsätzlich Alles okay. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Großer Pluspunkt ist, dass diese sehr zentral gelegen ist.
Nervig war, dass scheinbar andere Gäste laut waren (Mitten in der Nacht) und die Unterkunft dünne Wände hat.
