좋았던 점 1. 공항버스 정류장에서 3분, 유로스파 마켓 1분, 세븐일레븐 1분, 주변 관광명소는 모두 걸어다닐 수 있었습니다. 메인 스트리트에 위치하여 안전함, 앞에 항구 뷰 바로 볼 수 있었습니다. 2. 정해진 체크인 시간보다 1시간 일찍 도착해서 체크인 키오스크로 도착 시간을 기재했으나 기다리라는 문자를 받았습니다. 하지만 얼마 되지 않아 룸이 준비되었다는 추가 문자를 받아 입실 했습니다. 3. 스마트 키 외에 카드키도 등록 후 사용할 수 있었습니다. 4. 침대 위 넓은 선반은 유용했으며, 식탁, 쇼파, 주방, 냉장고 모두 훌륭했습니다. 주방은 인덕션, 오븐 외에 식기 모두 잘 사용했음. (조미료 등은 당연히 없습니다), 후라이팬으로 스팸을 구워먹고, 오븐을 냉동 피자를 데워 먹었습니다. 5. 세탁기와 건조기 사용은 주변의 세탁 시설보다 비용이 저렴하여 이용했으며, 결제 수단도 카드로 편리했습니다. 추가로 고려해야 할 점 1. 체크인 시간 기다리면서 지하의 화장실을 이용하려고 했으나 직원 요청하라는 문구만 있고 어떻게 이용해야 할지 몰라서 사용하지 못했습니다. 2. 프론트가 별도로 없지만, 직원 사무실이 2층에 있으니 직원 퇴근 하기 전에 필요한 물품을 요청하세요. 저는 주로 매일 오후 관광을 마친 후 입실 하기 전에 Big towel을 요청하여 받았습니다. 3. 세탁기를 사용하는 사람이 많지는 않겠지만, 세탁실 앞에 있는 룸은 세탁기/건조기 소음이 들릴 수 있을 거 같습니다. 결론적으로 매우 추천합니다.

Good location, market just nearby, can do northern light tour with this hotel

Ótima localização. Perto de tudo e sem ladeiras. Cozinha muito boa. Banheiro muito bom. Quarto bem pequeno, sem local para bagagens/roupas, mas bem funcional. Não tem nenhum funcionário no hotel, tudo é feito pelo APP. Após certo horário só é possivel entrar pelo subsolo, carregando as malas no braço pela escada.

Lägenhet med jättebra läge centralt. Bra utrustad. Lite övermöblerad förutom avsaknad av garderob eller byrå. Trevlig personal.

機場有巴士直達 只步行兩分鐘 非常方便 位於市中心 樓下有超過，房間也有齊廚具。 房間設備算比較新 整體是整潔的 但牆身和梳化遺留下有污漬未發現。 不會有房間打掃服務 。

God beliggenhed i centrum med mulighed for indkøb lige ved siden af. Dejligt indrettet værelse. Køkken med det ting, man behøver til madlavning. Nemt appsystem til at tjekke ind.

Staff was very helpful, especially when my return flight was cancelled. Room was clean and the kitchen was well-equipped and the shower had plenty of hot water.

Location was great (huge supermarket next door, close to the waterfront and easy walk to the main shops and restaurants). The little kitchen was very convenient too. Biggest drawback was the room cleanliness as it was very dusty. The bedside table area above the bed had a thick layer of dust which then fell on to our pillows and duvets - which wasn't great for me and my partner as we ended up with stuffy noses due to the dust. I ended up wiping the surfaces down myself with a damp cloth. The shelves inside the wardrobe too had a layer of dirt including hair and had clearly not been cleaned. Maybe the Cleaner had a bad day. As the lift accessible main entrance has restricted opening times (9am -9pm) and most international flight arrival /departure times are early morning/late night, this meant we had to drag heavy suitcases up/down a flight of steps to access the out of house side entrance when checking in/vacating , as that side entrance has no lift accessible. Please do rectify that, to make it more convenient for travellers. I've given 4 stars because of your great location. It would have been 5 stars, if the room hadn't been so dusty.

When I first arrived, there was no reception available, which made check-in confusing. At one point, I was locked out of my room — the key cards didn’t work, the app didn’t work, and I couldn’t access the room through my phone either. There was no immediate way to contact anyone except by phone, but my phone was not able to make calls outside Canada (I only had data), so it was a stressful situation. Email communication would have taken too long while I was locked out. Another issue happened when I returned late from a Northern Lights tour — the main entrance door was locked. I wasn’t aware that the first-floor entrance closes at night. Luckily, I found other guests who showed me the night entrance. On my departure day (around 8 AM), the main entrance on the first floor was locked, so the only exit was through the night door. When I went down to the underground level, I was told the only way up was by stairs. Since I had luggage, carrying it up the stairs was difficult. Fortunately, I found a staff member who kindly allowed me to use the service elevator, which helped a lot. In addition, there was no room cleaning during the stay, and some basic amenities (like slippers) were not provided. The room was quite cold, and the temperature could only be adjusted by about three degrees up or down, which wasn’t very comfortable. The TV stopped working once, but I appreciate that support via email was fast and they fixed it quickly. However, if something goes wrong outside working

The location was great but there was a lack of understanding of how many bathrooms a 2 bedroom unit contained. We assumed two - one for each bedroom - but there was only one. Four adults and one child sharing 1 bathroom was not the easiest. I wish that would have been conveyed in the description better. Additionally the light switches were very confusing. Nothing was labeled or identified. After 3 days, we still didn’t get it figured out. We just continually had to push buttons.

Bathroom set up was awkward. Water all over the floor when taking a shower. Kitchen could have some of the essentials like salt/pepper, coffee, tea, etc. Pillows were very flat, would have liked an extra. And an additional towel per person would be nice.

La habitación muy buena, no tuvimos contacto con ni una sola persona de staff. Hubiésemos agradecido tener un servicio de habitaciones un poco más completo sin tener que bajar la basura nosotros mismos.

La chambre plus petite que sur les photos D’avoir déplacer la table pour ouvrir les placard ou allez au toilette salle de bain . Croisez aucun personnel en 4 jours à part les ouvrier car hôtel pas fini et encore en travaux .
