エレベーターが壊れてて、上り下りに毎回階段を使わされて最悪だった。 それに対して悪びれる様子のないスタッフ。

チェックイン時にフロントで5分お待ちくださいと言われて、結局、1時間以上待たせた上、こちらから問いただして、チェックインは15時以降にしてくれと言われ、チェックインできず。15時以降に戻ってきてチェックインをしようとしたら、部屋が満室で宿泊できないと…。スタッフ同士はおしゃべりをして仕事をせず、ゲストをもてなす対応は全く期待できない。このような気分の悪いホテルははじめて。宿泊をするのであれば、近隣の他のホテルをオススメします。

Escolhemos o Exe porque tivemos uma boa experiência quando nos hospedamos na mesma rede em Lisboa. Contudo, apesar de a localização ser interessante, próxima ao metrô, a rua em si não é muito agradável, sendo suja e com passeios complicados de transitar. Houve, a par de tudo, uma situação gravíssima, a grade do ar condicionado caiu na cabeça da minha esposa, sem razão aparente, enquanto ela me aguardava próxima ao banheiro, causando transtornos que transcendem a viagem porque ainda estamos verificando se houve algum dano maior. Importa relatar que a porta do banheiro, que estava com problemas para fechar, estava aberta, e não usamos o ar condicionado. Além disso a ventoinha apresentava um barulho tão alto, que para chegamos a usar o banheiro sem liga-la/luz no período da noite.

O quarto e a localização

Additionally, the white towels had a slightly off-white hue, suggesting they could benefit from better laundry treatment. On a positive note, the front desk staff were very responsive and helpful, and the location was fantastic, with plenty of good restaurants nearby and a safe area to walk around.

Clean rooms. The ac works great. The bed was really comfortable. We forgot something in our room after checkout and the staff was super helpful in retrieving it and keeping it until we could grab it.

Rooms in good condition, beds comfortable but no USB outlets in rooms. Restaurant always empty, hallways dark on most floors, elevator and key cards janky. Hotel does NOT look like promo photo. Staff meh...some eran muy amable, otros no mucho.

TERRIFICANTE sporco, non parlano inglese, non c'è manutenzione in nulla nemmeno nell' ascensore ( vi auguro di non rimanerci bloccati dentro) mezza pensione ripetitiva e limitata, colazione ripetitiva e limitata, al ristorante sedie mezze rotte, vetri spochi ovunque. Palestra sporca.

Todo excelente le falta una piscina , solo eso

Great stay! There were some blimps, but the staff was courteous and solution oriented. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and the AC worked perfectly.

Taylor- The property was perfect. Well maintained, lovely decor, lovely rooms. I stayed in a suite for new years and it was lovely. Clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel is in a perfect area. Close to everything! Malls, food, shopping, supermarkets, transportation and more. They also have airport shuttle for a small fee and the driver is great! The staff at the hotel were lovely and very helpful. I would stay here when I return. Thank you Exe Oriental! Happy New Year.

Internet speeds of 10-12 Mbps. Don't expect to be able to do any work here if you book. Totally unacceptable for the cost.

The hotel is good but has potential to be better. Amenities such as teabags and water are not provided in the room and so you have to request these separately. I think basic necessities like these should be readily available in the room. In this hotel (or maybe this area) there are signs in the bathrooms prohibiting flushing of anything other than bodily excrements. So you cannot even flush toilet paper so keep that in mind. The outside seated terrace as advertised is run down and requires upkeep and it’s not readily accessible to guests nor is it clean enough to make you want to stop and sit down there. The hotel is good for people who are staying for one or two nights. It is not cosy enough for longer stays in my opinion. It’s an okay hotel for people who are out during the day and need somewhere clean and safe to sleep at night. It has the potential to be so much better if these matters are addressed because there are supermarkets, metro and restaurants in close proximity so ideal location. Otherwise an affordable stay and the staff are kind and friendly. The cleaners clean the room to a decent standard daily as well. I hope my feedback is received kindly and constructively and no disrespect intended.

Good value for the price. Clean rooms. $30 extra to check in early. Lobby isnt air conditioned but the room was.

First room had broken AC, second reeked of cigarettes. The bathroom are run down and dirty, the shower would not drain so you stand in a pool of water. No potted water in the room. You have packets of instant coffee, but no pot to boil water. There is Nespresso but no pods. The breakfast is nasty-pieces of hot dogs in tomato sauce. Same food every single day. The keys stopped working on day two, couldn't get to or into your room. Pictures online are deceiving. Rooms are outdated and smelly.
