Taylor- The property was perfect. Well maintained, lovely decor, lovely rooms. I stayed in a suite for new years and it was lovely. Clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel is in a perfect area. Close to everything! Malls, food, shopping, supermarkets, transportation and more. They also have airport shuttle for a small fee and the driver is great! The staff at the hotel were lovely and very helpful. I would stay here when I return. Thank you Exe Oriental! Happy New Year.

Internet speeds of 10-12 Mbps. Don't expect to be able to do any work here if you book. Totally unacceptable for the cost.

The hotel is good but has potential to be better. Amenities such as teabags and water are not provided in the room and so you have to request these separately. I think basic necessities like these should be readily available in the room. In this hotel (or maybe this area) there are signs in the bathrooms prohibiting flushing of anything other than bodily excrements. So you cannot even flush toilet paper so keep that in mind. The outside seated terrace as advertised is run down and requires upkeep and it’s not readily accessible to guests nor is it clean enough to make you want to stop and sit down there. The hotel is good for people who are staying for one or two nights. It is not cosy enough for longer stays in my opinion. It’s an okay hotel for people who are out during the day and need somewhere clean and safe to sleep at night. It has the potential to be so much better if these matters are addressed because there are supermarkets, metro and restaurants in close proximity so ideal location. Otherwise an affordable stay and the staff are kind and friendly. The cleaners clean the room to a decent standard daily as well. I hope my feedback is received kindly and constructively and no disrespect intended.

First room had broken AC, second reeked of cigarettes. The bathroom are run down and dirty, the shower would not drain so you stand in a pool of water. No potted water in the room. You have packets of instant coffee, but no pot to boil water. There is Nespresso but no pods. The breakfast is nasty-pieces of hot dogs in tomato sauce. Same food every single day. The keys stopped working on day two, couldn't get to or into your room. Pictures online are deceiving. Rooms are outdated and smelly.

Hice una reclamación a hoteles .com por que solo era un día , pero la plataforma me tomó 3 días me dijeron que me devolvían los otros 2 días y nada , ultima mente estoy presentando muchas dificultades cn la plataforma , y es muy triste que nunca le puedan dar solución a los usuarios . Creo que no continuaré con ustedes , tampoco permiten que se canjeen las noches obtenidas , la verdad que muy triste con esta plataforma

The hotel is really nice — everything is clean and well-maintained. But here’s the problem: if you arrive at 10 p.m. or later, the guy at the front desk isn’t there because he’s busy dealing with other situations. The hotel should have security. They lock the front door, and you end up stuck outside knocking until someone shows up, which is unsafe because you could easily get robbed. The hotel’s parking lot is about 150 meters away, and you have to walk there with your key, open it yourself, and then when you return, you have to go open the door again and walk back. This service is terrible. Everything else is fine.

The hotel was close to many places, including a grocery store. There were a couple of things wrong with our room. 1. The door stayed in place after being slammed multiple times. 2. If you only use your towel 1-2 times, please bring your own. They will not give you any extras. When we called to get more towels, they didn’t want to bring us any and said we had to wait until cleaning day, which is three days later. If you use a rag, bring your own; they don’t have any in the hotel. 3. We had half a roll of toilet paper with no extra in the room, so we had to call them to bring us more. Thirty minutes passed, and no one got any, so we had to call AGAIN for them to bring it. They didn’t bring us a new roll; they brought another half roll. 4. Their pictures are very misleading. Suppose you are coming because they have a pool, but don’t. There is no pool; it’s a picture from the building next door. 5. There is no washer or dryer on the property; you put your items in a bag and write down how much of what you have inside. $1.50 to wash a pair of socks!!! This is wild to me. We had to take our dirty clothes back home. Would not recommend it to anyone I know.

The hotel is relatively nice and within walking distance of the town. We had room 714 which was ok but there was no proper place to hang your towel as the towel rack was in the shower stall which caused it to get wet easily and the wifi wasn't reliable. Thank God we purchase a sim card with data. Other than that i would stay there again.

Buenas tardes, Hice mi reserva por Expedia entrando 2 de agosto saliendo 7 de agosto por temas de negocios. el dia 4 de agosto me llaman de mi empresa por una reunion que surge fuera del pais y debo de irme antes. Solicito al hotel el cambio y pregunto por la posibilidad de la devolucion por las 2 noches restantes aunque sea 1 noche que me den. Me dicen que debo habla con Expedia primero y que al recibir el correo todo se soluciona y pueden tramitar la devolucion. Lo cual vuelvo a llamar a Expedia para el caso ellos inmediatamente llaman y el hotel les dice que necesita un correo por lo que Expedia procede casi de inmediato enviarselo. El hotel me mintio durante toda la tarde y noche que no han recibido el correo. siguiente dia hago check out a las antes de las 6AM aproximadamente y cuando voy en camino al aeropuerto, me llaman de Expedia que acaban de rechazar la devolucion. Osea el hotel espero a que yo hiciera check out para rechazar la devolucion del resto de los dias. Que pesimo servicio. Ya que si me hubiesen dicho que no era posible dicho reembolso yo tenia pensado y hablado que una amiga se quedaria esas 2 noches.

This was a great stay. I loved this hotel. In a great walkable area. the room was very spacious and clean, The bathroom was also very spacious and clean. The staff:front desk, cleaning service and the people in the restaurant were all great. This is a really good hotel especially for the price. I can't wait to stay here again.

The room was extremely nice and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment throughout my stay. The staff were especially attentive and made it their mission to ensure I felt welcome and at ease, which I truly appreciated. Upon arrival my flight landed at 6 a.m. and I reached the hotel around 7am and they allowed me to check in early for a $30 fee, which was a great convenience. There were, however, a few areas for improvement. Although the hotel indicated that dental kits were available, when I requested one in the evening, I was told I'd have to wait until housekeeping arrived the next day. Unfortunately, they forgot, and I had to remind them in the morning though to their credit, it was delivered promptly after that. Breakfast was quite disappointing. The selection felt limited, and although pancakes were advertised, there were none available on the day I visited only bread. I believe there are better breakfast options elsewhere. The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable, and I found myself relying on my mobile data most of the time. Additionally, one of the elevators wasn’t servicing my floor, which made waiting for the other elevator a bit frustrating. On the positive side, the hotel’s location is excellent close to El Metro and just a few stops from Albrook and Albrook Mall, which was very convenient. All in all, despite a few hiccups, I wouldn’t mind staying at this hotel again in the future.
