Not bad

I really enjoyed my stay. I went there on the 24th of march and left today, which is the 31st of march 2026. There restaurants where so near by and a food store next door the pool was good the rooms where very nice. The only thing was missing was having a microwave in the rooms other wise the rooms met my expectations.

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was clean. The bed was comfortable and the staff was kind and responsive. Also, great location.

Perfect location, close to most places. Great customer service. Nice spacious room.

Clean room with indoor free parking in a central location for a very good price.

The bedding was bad. I had four pillow on the bed and they were all lumpy. The work desk was old sticky and peeling laminate. No drain cap in the bathroom sink so I had to place a cup over the drain for fear of something crawling out. I found long blond and brunette hair everywhere including between the sheets. I was solo and am bald. Don’t stay in room 402 because it across the hall from the cleaning room. You hear buckets and carts rolling down the tile hall late at night and early morning. Not consistent but enough to annoy. Also, no fridge, coffee maker or microwave. Otherwise it’s a budget friendly place with no frills and close to all the action. A very walkable location.

Thank you for the nice stay. We’re looking forward to returning this weekend. This will be easy as our go-to place when traveling through Panama City for overnights. Thanks for a decent room at a reasonable price. Breakfast is not in the hotel but a 30 foot walk to next door. Just for those expecting that to be in the hotel, it’s only available next door and give yourself some time to get it as the service is a bit slower for hot meals.

This eas my third and last time at that place. There was no remote control for the A/C. One of the downlights was broken. The safe had to be fixed too (the electric closing mechanic was bad). Worst: Could not receive Internet (room 412). After trying for 45 minutes, I asked for another router (that they provided). It takes 15 minutes before warm water starts. They never smile and delivered a cold welcome. The only thing I like was the matress, which was very comfortable.

Really nice hotel with helpful staff and located in a very nice, safe area. Plenty of good restaurants, especially the pizza at Lucca across the street!

This hotel was a nightmare. I arrived at Panama City from Ecuador at 8:30pm, but NO Shuttle was available as they advertised on Expedia, and even worse, there was no one to answer the phone at all. I emailed, texted, and called the hotel right after I received the book confirmation from Expedia and the day BEFORE my arrival because it was my first time to visit Panama. The property NEVER responded, so I had to call Expedia at the airport after my arrival. Long story short, Expedia could NOT reach them, either, and told me to take Taxi to get to the hotel almost midnight. I did not know whether there was anyone to check in at that time, so I had to request to cancel the booking and get refund. I am very disappointed with Expedia's listing recently because I had a few unpleasant experiences with bookings on Expedia. I wish Expedia had a system to validate the listings and knew the properties' advertisement is honest.

This place is pretty rundown. Lacking in basic comfort like tissues and extra towels. Not particularly clean either.

Wonderful location, in close proximity to many main attractions. Great stay, wonderful staff and a beautiful hotel.

For the price this was an excellent stay. Very good restaurants closeby. The WiFi isn’t that well though. It’s very slow.

The hotel is simple but nice. We stayed in the junior suite which was spacious and clean. The staff was cordial. We would definitely stay there again.

Hotel in a very convenient location. On this occasion as the Queen rooms were not available we booked a junior suite which we thought would be one of the rooms with a kitchenette area however it was a rather strange room with a lounge area and a bath in the bathroom. There was supposed to be a coffee machine according to the booking but there wasn’t one - they provided one. Unfortunately the room was on the seventh floor and the WiFi does not work well on the area of that floor. In general the room and hotel were fine. AC TV etc worked well.
