接近風化區，態度傲慢，霉味很重還喷香味，洗潄用品完全不提供，

不友善不足以形容，比較像流氓開的黑店，凶悪之極。房間霉味被子有蟲會咬人！

They have free parking, staff does not greet you when walking in or out. Top recommendation, please add refrigerator in each room, especially since you don’t have an ice machine.

The location was excellent. The fact they don’t serve breakfast is ok, but at least put a small refrigerator in all rooms. Our light kept turning off in bathroom with the AC, eventhough we inserted the card in the wall.

POSITIVO: limpeza excelente, bom visual, bom tamanho, bom banheiro e chuveiro, ar condicionado bom, funcionários educados, cofre no quarto, Ótima localização, bem próximo ao metrô uns 400 metros, caminhei por 4 minutos, fácil acesso, região segura, próximo a restaurantes, bares, supermercados, a localização destaca. Ótimo preço. NEGATIVO: cheiro de mofo no quarto, ausência de frigobar, apesar de que há um loja de conveniência ao lado hotel que tem tudo, todas as bebidas, café, lanches, pizza, tudo com preço baixo e resolve a ausência do frigobar.

Welcoming lobby. Spacious room with decent bathroom. Great value. Front desk staff could be a little friendlier and more helpful.

The hotel has few amenities, but it is clean and in a good location. If you are looking for a quiet, simple, no frills stay, this is the place. They have very reasonable rates.

The bed skirts need to be updated, the hotel is cool if you’re looking for budget friendly. The staff is helpful.

J'ai eu la chance de beneficier d'une suite en surclassement et ai pu aisi profiter du frigo et de la cafetiere ; la suite est très spacieuse ; j'ai eu un probleme avec la reception ; le personnel tres sympathique est venu rapidement trouver une solution. I have stayed at Principe multiple times. I have always for my stay satisfactory. The front desk is always cordial, helpful and polite. The service is always efficient and prompt. The rooms are a little dated but they are always clean. The is a sushi restaurant in the lobby that is pretty good. If that isn’t your choice there are plenty of restaurants in the area. Actually an international variety. The location is perfect if you want to roam along Avenue Argentina. There are restaurants, coffee shops and a pretty fun atmosphere on the weekends. Everything is fairly close.

property was always clean the room was cleaned everyday no breakfast or snacks but there is a store right outside to get what you need. Also no microwave or anything like that so you will eat out for all your meals. Everything is near by to get something to eat

We had a massive suite which was upgraded for free (thank you to the staff) which was great after such a long journey by bus from the airport. There was a bit of confusion as we had a kitchenette and planned to make instant noodles from the shop next door, as everything was closed, and there was exactly 3 (three) knives in the cupboard and nothing else. The staff seemed very confused when I asked if we could get some forks and sent me back to the shop, who sent me back to the hotel. After a good 40 minutes one of the staff brought us the coveted utensils so we could eat at approx 1am. Aside from this everything was great!!

I couldn't get a response regarding an airport shuttle so contacted hotels.com who also failed. It was going to cost $30. My Uber cost less than $20. Clean room, but very uninviting and worn. AC was not on when I entered. It finally got too cold, but there was no way to adjust it. No coffee or water. Very nice shower, but towel rack was across the room. Only a tiny soap dish so nowhere to place your shower items. Toilet only flushed if you held the handle for a while. Hot water faucet in bathroom was broken, so tepid water only. All I needed was a place to sleep and shower between flights, so it worked for me, but it wasn't worth the money in my opinion.
