I had the best time at this hotel ! Due to the extremely reasonable price I was a bit worried that the hotel would be bad but it exceeded my expectations. I typically stay at another popular hotel when I’m in Panama but I decided to give principe a try and it did not disappoint. The room was clean and comfortable there was no fridge, microwave or iron but we knew that before booking and those things didn’t matter to us really , the bed was super clean and comfortable and the staff was amazing especially the bellmen ! There is an amazing Caribbean Asian restaurant right next door , we ate there every night ! There is also a cafe right next door where you can grab water and snacks if needed ! Based on the price we paid the hotel exceeded our expectations ! We were two black female travelers and felt super safe ! I’d definitely return! It’s also pretty close to both Albrook Mall and multiplaza .

The room itself was spacious and the bed comfortable. Strange layout with doors interfering with each other but workable. Lack of electrical outlets, particularly by the bed and desk. The outlet at the desk was broken (305) and a plug would not stay in the socket. There was a lamp on a side table by the couch, but nowhere to plug it in. Another socket in the bedroom, behind the side table was loose and coildn't use because the table was in the way. The shower glass did not appear to have been cleaned in sometime.

I've stayed here a few times and the place is always clean, very convenient to a lot of restaurants, banking etc. Seem's that on this 4-day trip bill was just a lot of noise within the hotel room, seeing late at night from adjacent hotel rooms, constant moving around the furniture sometimes early in the morning other than that the place was very comfortable.

Terrible WiFi. Couldn’t make calls out without rebooting over and over. Website said free airport shuttle. There was none. Using Uber wouldn’t work due to no WiFi. Cheap, never again.

This property was clean, safe and in a great location. However, this is more like a motel. There was no amenities (microwave, refrigerator, laundry toom. Etc). This is a stsy for 1 or 2 nights.

When I parked my car to unload my suitcase, a taxi driver immediately started yelling at me to move because he was in a hurry. No one from the hotel staff came out to help, and I was worried that the taxi driver might hit my rental car or me. Because of my fear, I had to move my car to the street so he could speed off. Ultimately, I was left confused about the situation and why the hotel didn't care about their guests.
