I can lists all my issues with this place. 1. I booked a family condo which is 7-8 pax but when I went there they said that I have only 2 signed up or listed two guests. So they wanted me to pay extra pesos per head per day. Who the hell will book this big then only 2 person will stay? I complaint but still ended up paying extra pesos. Ripped off. 2. DIRTY. Towels are like rugs super old and smelly. And lot of insects particularly cockroach. 3. OVERALL IT WAS NOT A FUN PLACE TO STAY ANS WILL NEVER GO BACK IN THERE 3.

The host was very accommodating, responsive, and helpful. The room was generally nice and comfortable, though I did notice a few small insects like cockroaches. But overall, I had a good time during my stay.

Room is dirty

There is no wifi actually used, even my phone cannot connect, there is no router inside to begin with. The bathroom and sink is infested with cockroaches lurking. The tv is not plugged as u have to transfer an extension wire from appliance to another. The bed is not good either, the study table is broken. The towels are not well cleaned and u have to ask for it so u will be given. The kitchen is not an enough space to cook to start with. They do not provide rags to the bathroom just a pad used for adult who is bed ridden, disaster. When i called them as its hard to communicate with them online, they got upset. The area is good just the place i booked is terrible.

The place is convenient to stay but bathroom sink is clogged and theres a lot of cockroaches everywhere.It need pest control. Owner / management of the unit was informed.

The place served us well and we enjoyed our stay once we were able to find the building. The problem we incurred was that 'no one knows what the Roxas Blvd Emita Studio' is or where it is! The building is known by all the locals as the " Grand Riviera Suites"... We spent an hour in an Uber looking for this building in the early evening. We truly appreciated the patience of our driver. Suggest you change the description name.

There are a lot of homeless folks living just outside the property. Makes you feel sad and guilty. The property is conveniently located. Swimming pool is closed all of Monday so be aware of that. They won't change towels or do the beds automatically. You need to go to the office to get new towels. Just watch your back, be aware, and safe guard your belongings and you should be okay.

The wifi was not very useful. We expected a much better signal and was told the 23rd floor would not have good connection. The place was nice otherwise. I assumed the wifi to be much better.

Booked a higher level studio. Was allocated a very basic and shabby room. Offered an upgrade for additional 50%. Only when Expedia involved was I given a barely acceptable room. All Studio rooms are the same regardless of them being listed as different prices. They are all smaller than advertised (192 sq feet) and all have a smaller (32”) TV. Even in better room microwave didn’t work and sink didn’t drain. Was promised to be fixed but didn’t happen. Staff for the rooms are unhelpful and uncooperative. Staff for the building are great.
