Do yourself a great favor and book elsewhere. Check in time is 2:00 PM according to their website. We arrived at 2:00 PM and were told the room is not ready so go to the 8.th floor waiting area. It looked like a bus terminal full of people who also were told to wait. We got to our room after 4pm over two hours late. The staff were rude and incompetent. As for the room there were roaches everywhere, there was no hot water but even worse there were exposed wires that were hot. ( I’m an electrician) I shut off the breaker because someone could be electrocuted. I asked hotels.com to intervene but management would not answer the phone. The gentleman from hotels. Com asked me to go down to the front desk and ask them to answer the phone. I encountered the rudest most inept guy, I asked him to answer the phone because hotels.com was trying to call but he was clueless and kept telling me this is a condo. I heard the phone ringing and he ignored it. I have never written a bad review before but I wish i had been warned, The pool was closed and one look and it was easy to see why it was filthy. I can go on and on but do yourself a favor there are lots of good condos and hotels in Manila. Choose someplace else

Check in time was 2:00 PM we arrived on time and instead of giving us a room key they sent us to a waiting area on the 8th floor. It was like a bus terminal there were so many people waiting. We finally got to our room at 4;00 PM. It too was disgusting. No hot water, roaches everywhere the staff was rude and unresponsive. Don’t believe thier pictures and do your self a favor and stay elsewhere. The front desk refused to give me the number for the property manager. The water heater in the shower not only didn’t work it had exposed wires which potentially can cause serious safety issues. I don’t like to write negative reviews but I don’t want anyone to have to experience such a neglected building and rude incompetent staff. I will say the cleaning staff were very nice and prompt but they are not pest control, plumbers or electricians.

Room needs more lighting , stronger wifi , toiletries for shampoo /comdituiner

The check in process was quite unsatisfactory. We showed up to check in after 2pm, per the rules, but the room was not ready. We were told to wait but were not given an estimated time for when the room would be ready. We waited 90 minutes. Also, only 2 of the 4 elevators were operational, which meant long waits and full elevators. Front staff on the first floor were very friendly and professional

My girl stayed here. This was her third time staying here. She will be back for a fourth time. It's very close to the Embassy. Friendly stuff

We were there for an appointment at US Immigration interview.

Some Employees are kinda disrespect i made a reservation for my family and they’re not able to checked in few minutes before the time check-in, the place is good only the employees need to learn some manners! Not good for tourist

とにかく汚い。何度もフィリピンに行ってますが、部屋でGが出たのはここが初めてです。 まず、コンドミニアムタイプでホテルとオーナーで管理が分かれてるのでそこが不便。普通のホテルならフロントに言えば済みますが、オーナーに全て依頼しないといけません。６人で宿泊でトイレが２ヶ所あるのにトイレットペーパーも１日１ロールしかもらえませんでした。布団も２枚、タオルも３枚しか渡されず追加する場合は別料金って人数分も揃えてないのにどの口が言ってんの？って感じです。 寝具も基本的に年季が入っており臭いも耐久性も激ヤバでした。 シャワーの水圧も激弱です。 クーラーの効きはよかったです。あとキッチンがついてるので、部屋でご飯を作ることができたのはいい点です。 立地も良くはないので現地の言葉が通じる人と行動するのをお勧めします。 もう二度とこちらはお世話にならないと思います。写真と内容の乖離が激しいです。

Very conveniently located to the Embassy within walking distance. Hotel is very clean and friendly staff

All staff are friendly specially the guards... But the problem is the bathroom twice experienced with the bathroom leak on the shower and bidet... The beddings also not cleaned much... But all in all it was a convenient stay...

Reason for stay, US Embassy/St Luke's appointments. Great location, nicely appointed Condo, great view, reasonable price. Communication was average at best, significant delays between time of questions and/or requests asked, and receiving actual answers or getting action. #1 issue = relentless armys of small roaches throughout Condo, consistently crawling on occupants while they slept each night. Raised the concern, was given a leftover bottle of bug spray, not nearly enough product in the bottle remaining to properly do the job, made no difference, they kept coming, nonstop. The number of roaches experienced during the approximate 10 day stay actually traumatized the occupants (my Fiancé and her two brothers). Subtract the roaches and would've easily given at least 4 stars for each category. Beware!
