It is accessible to all, ocean park, rizal park, US embassy and the view is very beautiful. From the room I can see the beautiful manila bay.

The unit is beautiful and indeed you can see the beautiful sunset from Manila bay, also the caretakers especially Ms. Devine is so nice and friendly to us.

I book a room for 3 nights.
When I got to the room its seemed ok.
But I soon found out that the Free Wi-Fi was not working, it was broken. I put my stuff away and went to take a shower, there was no hot water so I had to take a cold shower. I also found out that the microwave was broken and no remote for the TV. There is no check in sfaff, just a door greeter. I don't recommend this place to stay.

Grossed me out when the bugs came out at night, had to wash the dishes right before I used them. Crawled on the toilet seats and walls and floors. I killed a few. The towels were dinghy. I wonder if the whole building has the roaches. I will not post this publicly but it seems like there is no way

When me and my son got there the room is small the kitchen is dirty they only provide you 1 tiny soap and there is only one floor mat you just have to put it inside the bathroom so that it wont be slippery. There is tv but no channels. And the A/C is not that cold!

It’s very affordable if you have limited budget. The staff are very nice. I requested not to change room when my first booking expired and they accommodated my request. The transportation is not a problem and so with dining. The room that we had has a mini kitchen with electric stove, microwave, percolator, cooking pan and rice cooker. I recommend this place if you are not choose!
