Excellent staff, clean and comfortable room, enjoyable gym, and nice restaurants.

お部屋は清潔で新しくバスタブがないことを除けば全てが快適でした。スタッフも優しく、サプライズだったウェルカムフードが嬉しかったです！ 空港までのシャトルバスを予約したかったのですが、タクシー(45〜40usd)になると言われ、レストランなどホテル全体の料金は高めです。 丘の形をしたドームを観たかったのですが、隣にあり、治安も良く、空港にも近く立地も良かったです。

Very good

I stayed at this hotel for 2 night for my business trip. This hotel is the center of Kigali town and good access to everywhere. Staffs are very professional and hospitable, so I enjoyed stay very much. The facility is very modern and new. Especially fitness gym is fascinating. I would like to come back next time for my private trip.

Der var bogstavelig talt for langt fra a til b. Sengen var ikke optimal. Restauranten blev kun brugt til morgenmad, som ikke var inkluderet. Loungen havde en god menu af mindre, men gode retter, men den blev suspenderet, når der var buffet. Så kunne jeg gå ind på det, de kaldte den “italienske” restaurant. Men det var ikke en italiensk restaurant, da de nogen italienske restauranter kommer gammelost i pizza. Jeg bestiller ikke så tit pizza, men bestilte en, fordi der ifølge menuen skulle være artiskokker i. Men de var udeladt. De holder ikke, hvad de lover. De lovede mig den udtjekning, hvilket de også kke holdt, de lovede mig tur til Genocide memorial, hvilket de ikke holdt. Deres tur til markedet er bondefangeri. Du slipper ikke ud, før du har købt en kjole.

My initial contact with Radisson was for the room rate. I attended a convention and the sponsors negotiated a rate significantly below the advertised rate with directions to email the Radisson for reservations. I emailed Radisson, but did not receive a reply to my reservation request or the reduced rate, although I did receive a welcome email. The Radisson website advertised it offered the lowest rate available, but I booked with hotels.com for a lower rate (but higher than the negotiated rate). During my stay, I videoed a cockroach crawling on the headboard above my pillows that left a stain on the bed. I showed the video to the staff. They apologized, changed the sheets, and gave me a fruit basket. For the most part, the staff was quite professional, except for the discourteous pool staff. Overall, I give this Radisson in Kigali a three star review as my experience with service, cost, and cleanliness did not rise to my expectations for the Radisson brand.

Great service and cleanliness

They charged me an amount by my visacard for spendings during our stay. They promissed us to refund the rest of the amount the ones that we didn’t spend. But unfortunately they did not do that. Very unprofessional.

It was great especially Abasi was quite friendly check-in and also assisted with sight seeing

Good afternoon! This was my husband and I first time visiting Rwanda. The security and front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and convenient. Aime was the best person on the staff. He made sure my husband and I were well cared for. When he saw us, he didn’t want us to carry anything. We also loved his commitment and love for his country! Now the negative! My husband and I got married in Rwanda on April 27th, we decided to have a spa day the day before. The service wasn’t that great. The part that upset me was while paying the staff gossip about us while standing there. They believed because they were speaking in their native tongue we didn’t understand. I make it a point to learn some things before traveling and to download a good translation app. I thought it was extremely unprofessional. Although, I would visit the hotel again, I would not utilize the spa. The second negative is room service and the restaurant in the convention center is EXTREMELY slow. On average it took over 1.5 hours or more to receive our order. The last time I went to the restaurant, I almost walked out because I sat there for about 20 minutes before someone brought our menus and took the order. The worst part there were less 10 people in the restaurant, so I can’t understand the long wait. I would not recommend the shopping centers behind the hotel because they will over price you. Only use the shopping center to use ATM.

Property was very clean and well positioned for guests
