Very Calm Environment

Nice area, great hotel and not too far from Haram. Shuttle is available but there should be atleast 2 shuttle buses. Staff was very courteous and helpful.

The bellboy lost my bag and I reported it to the front desk and manager 7-8 times and they kept buying time. Telling us to come later and they’re checking or working on it and we never found it. I’m really upset with this hotel. We also had to change rooms 2 times because the carpeted rooms smelt so bad and musty. I couldn’t properly breathe. I had to request a non-carpeting room. And finally I got a disabled room without carpets.

Our room was big enough. Excellent service. Breakfast was exceptional. Haram 5 mins a way. We love this hotel. If i come back again i definitely take it again.

Excellent property with great helpful staff, we were early and they were able to give us room around noon instead of 4 PM. Only drawback is back is location. It’s uphill and requires lots of walking also shuttle was not much help. If luxury is priority this is the one for you

Grat close place to the haram

The hotel is walking distance to the Haram, however it’s on a steep hill so not convenient for young children and elderly. The shuttle bus runs every 10 minutes which is very convenient but then you have to take a lift and a bit of a walk to Haram.Overall the hotel is immaculate, they gave us an upgrade which was really helpful, clean spacious rooms, amazing staff, lovely continental breakfast with a lot of choices. There’s a cafe and food court nearby. Will definitely recommend. Thank you Hilton Doubletree 😊

Hotel was very clean and tidy with excellent decor and facilities. Rooms were superb, especially the bathrooms and twin beds were given as requested. The restaurant was fantastic with the restaurant manager (Ahmed) and his wonderful staff attending to all our needs - especially the soft boiled eggs! Thanks you all so much.

Comfortable, wifi was a little choppy otherwise staff was amazing, breakfast was delicious, service was top notch

Vi hadde veldig bra oppholdet. Staff var veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom. De ryddet rommet hver dag med nye håndkle. Frokost var best. De spørrer flere ganger om man trenger noe. Shuttle service er veldig bra går hver 5 min. Det ca 7 - 10 min gang vei.
