夕方空港に着き、旅がレンタカー移動のため、翌日の動きの取れやすい、Ｍ９（日本の高速道路規格）の町にに近い町のホテルにしました。 当日、町でパレードがあり、前の道路が時間により通行止めになることを、事前にメールで連絡してくれました。 まて、駐車場のゲートが、指定された番号に携帯電話をかけるだけで開くことも、事前にメールで連絡してくれとても助かりました。 本当に親切な対応でした。 建物は歴史ある建物で、古いですが、改装された部屋は広く、快適でした。 キッチンなあり、必要なものは全て揃っておりました。 冷蔵庫には、翌朝の朝食用の卵が入っていました。 パンだけでなく、果物も用意されていました。 自分で朝食を作るのですが、IHのキッチンはとても使いやすかったです。 建物の入口や部屋は全てカードキーなので、アーリーチェックアウトも可能で、そのための、簡易なカード回収ボックスまで置いてありました。

５月とは言え寒いエジンバラでシャワーや洗面所のお湯が出ず、部屋の暖房も効かずで、最悪のホテルだった。夜８時以降はスタッフが不在となるため、翌朝までどうすることも出来なかった。 原因はボイラーの操作ミスだったらしいが、お湯の供給という基本的かつ重要なサービスを提供しなかったのだから何パーセントかを返金すべきだと主張したが、ホテル側はただ謝るのみで何もしなかった。 スタッフが夜に不在になることや、朝食付きと明記されていても実際にはキッチンに置かれている食材を自分で調理しなければならないことなど、予約サイトには事前の説明が全く無くエクスペディア社の責任も大きいと思う。 部屋は広くて清潔だが最悪の経験だった。

Breakfast basket and stocked fridge was fantastic. The pillows were a bit firm/hard, otherwise a great stay.

Ideal location in the centrecof the town. 10 minute walk from Railway station with very good service to Edinburgh (15 mins) and Glasgow (30 mins). Room was excellent. Fridge stocked up daily.

Wha a fabulous concept! A historic court converted into an aparthotel, right in downtown Linlithgow. Our unit was spotlessly clean, super comfortable and very well appointed, with everything we needed for our weekend stay. The property is well located and there is free and secure parking on site. The breakfast basket was generous and much appreciated! For a town so close to Edinburgh, the rates are very reasonable. It took us less than 20 minutes to drive to the airport! Congratulations on a brilliant property. We visit Scotland often and this is the best value for money we have ever had. We will be back.

Comfortable and quiet. Great location

There was everything we needed to make our own breakfast in our room. The room was clean and bathroom clean enough. Staff were excellent and the location is brilliant, very close to a lovely main street in Linlithgow but very quiet as well. The building itself is beau6and historic.

Everything I might have wanted was there, clean, and a good layout within the space. Easy and friendly reception. The bathroom had class toiletries and a hand-held / rain shower option. The kitchen has an induction hob and microwave and every manner of kitchenware, plus a varied basket of foodstuffs for breakfast. The lighting options were good, from bright to low level multicoloured mood setting. The two sets of stairs linking the three levels of the apartment needed care, but strip lights at foot level ensured visibility. The location was great, quiet but just two minutes walk from the venue that was the reason for my stay. Another two minutes led to the Palace and the adjacent church, and there multiple ways to reach the loch at all times. A near level 2.3 mile / 3.7 km path will take you round.

Fantastic stay at a fantastic venue. The room was great - really spacious and beautifully decorated. The shower was really good and the bed and pillows extremely comfortable. The bed being on a mezzanine level, with a separate living area made it feel like a home from home. The wee food basket is a great touch .

Room was cosy and clean. Staff friendly and attentive. Breakfast hamper was good but missing the juices for the second day. Wasn’t sure if that gets replenished too. But everything else was great.

I stay here a lot over the years since it was opened. This time of year the owners would always upgrade when property was quiet. This has all stopped since they have a manager running the rooms. Lost that personal friendly touch

Excellent apartments - spotlessly clean and modern decor . Split level accommodation with courtyard outside. Very nice for in the summer. Bed was comfy. Shower was great. Nice touch with the continental breakfast. Owner was amazing . Willing to spend the time to chat , which made the check-in experience nice. Very knowledgeable of the properties history( old court house) and the local area. Genuinely friendly and helpful. Very central to lots of coffee shops, pubs and dining facilities. Not far from the Loch and Linlithgow Palace Private car parking right outside. Would definitely recommend these apartments and stay again . 5 🌟

I had a wonderful stay and was genuinely impressed with the room. It was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with a comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a long day. The room was quiet, well-lit, and thoughtfully laid out, with plenty of storage and convenient amenities. I especially appreciated the clean bathroom and strong water pressure in the shower. The kitchen was a huge bonus—fully equipped, clean, and easy to use, which made cooking meals really convenient. Everything felt fresh and welcoming, and it was clear that attention to detail is a priority here. I would absolutely stay again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and quality.

Quiet room, breakfast basket was perfect, hot water and shower was 5 star, bed a little on the firm side but fine. Location in Linlithgow is perfect with easy access to trains to Edinburgh. Will use again.

Everything stood out as amazing! I mean everything. Accommodation. Breakfast. Staff. Environment. Style. Superb in all ways. Wish we’d been able to stay longer.
