Best hotel ever! <3

Quiet room, breakfast basket was perfect, hot water and shower was 5 star, bed a little on the firm side but fine. Location in Linlithgow is perfect with easy access to trains to Edinburgh. Will use again.

Everything stood out as amazing! I mean everything. Accommodation. Breakfast. Staff. Environment. Style. Superb in all ways. Wish we’d been able to stay longer.

Fantastic accommodation! From its perfect location for exploring the area to the exceptional cleanliness and attention to detail, everything exceeded expectations. The daily replenished breakfast basket was a lovely touch, and the building’s character—including the rooms—made the stay truly special (my 14-year-old daughter absolutely loved it!). Having a car park and easy access to frequent train services to Edinburgh, Stirling, and Falkirk added convenience and enhanced the overall experience. Highly recommended!

Gated parking, very secure. Room was immaculate. Would stay again.

Easy parking our front, cozy room complete with kitchenette. Able to wash some laundry and comfortable bed.

Fantastic stay. Brilliant location and gorgeous, extremely well equipped rooms. The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! Honestly cannot fault our stay at all. From the breakfast basket/ items in the fridge, to mood lighting, mirrors with lights, big tv, huge comfy bed and everything else. It was a 10/10 all round. We can’t wait to stay again. Thank you :)

The apartment was spacious, clean and cleverly furnished for maximum comfort. We loved our stay here!

Very well maintained property.

Clean and great base for getting out and about round Falkirk and Lothian. Stairs in room to bedroom area were a struggle but manageable, better for younger fitter folks I suspect. Hotel moved us to another room with no problems when shower flooded.

Der check in war wunderbar, mir wurde alles ausführlich und sehr freundlich erklärt (das erfahre ich so eher selten) . Die Gegend hat wohl auch ein bisschen was zu bieten, leider kam ich nicht zum erkunden. Die Unterkunft ist geräumig und sauber gewesen, man hatte alles was das Herz begehrt. Das ganz schwache Licht im Bad wenn man nachts auf die Toilette muss fand ich total angenehm. Der Frühstückskorb ist praktisch, wenn man möchte muss man nur noch Aufschnitt einkaufen. Ich war alleine und hatte ein etwas schlechtes Gewissen nicht alles aufbrauchen zu können, vielleicht kann man für die Einzelnutzung kleinere Verpackungen bekommen? Ich kann die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!

We stayed in one of the larger suits. It had a great little kitchen complete with breakfast items so you don’t have to rush out in the morning. Property was very quiet and central to all the things there are to see.
