Excellent apartments - spotlessly clean and modern decor . Split level accommodation with courtyard outside. Very nice for in the summer. Bed was comfy. Shower was great. Nice touch with the continental breakfast.
Owner was amazing . Willing to spend the time to chat , which made the check-in experience nice. Very knowledgeable of the properties history( old court house) and the local area. Genuinely friendly and helpful.
Very central to lots of coffee shops, pubs and dining facilities. Not far from the Loch and Linlithgow Palace
Private car parking right outside.
Would definitely recommend these apartments and stay again . 5 🌟

I had a wonderful stay and was genuinely impressed with the room. It was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with a comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a long day. The room was quiet, well-lit, and thoughtfully laid out, with plenty of storage and convenient amenities. I especially appreciated the clean bathroom and strong water pressure in the shower. The kitchen was a huge bonus—fully equipped, clean, and easy to use, which made cooking meals really convenient. Everything felt fresh and welcoming, and it was clear that attention to detail is a priority here. I would absolutely stay again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and quality.

Quiet room, breakfast basket was perfect, hot water and shower was 5 star, bed a little on the firm side but fine. Location in Linlithgow is perfect with easy access to trains to Edinburgh. Will use again.

From its perfect location for exploring the area to the exceptional cleanliness and attention to detail, everything exceeded expectations. The daily replenished breakfast basket was a lovely touch, and the building’s character—including the rooms—made the stay truly special (my 14-year-old daughter absolutely loved it!).
Having a car park and easy access to frequent train services to Edinburgh, Stirling, and Falkirk added convenience and enhanced the overall experience. Highly recommended!

Fantastic stay. Brilliant location and gorgeous, extremely well equipped rooms. The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! Honestly cannot fault our stay at all. Clean and great base for getting out and about round Falkirk and Lothian. Stairs in room to bedroom area were a struggle but manageable, better for younger fitter folks I suspect. Hotel moved us to another room with no problems when shower flooded.

We stayed in one of the larger suits. It had a great little kitchen complete with breakfast items so you don’t have to rush out in the morning. Property was very quiet and central to all the things there are to see.
