5⭐️ very friendly staff, beautiful rooms only down side was the heating system wasn’t sure how to work it at 2am when it was cold but apart from that great stay.

Room was lovely, clean and spacious, nice decor and new feeling. Bathroom very clean. Breakfast was brilliant, buffet style with lots of hot options as well as fruit and pastries. Staff were helpful and friendly. When I stayed they were having renovations, but the only time this effected my stay was when using the open business space for work mid afternoon and the sound of the drilling made this impossible in that area, however this wasn't heard from the bedroom. Would definitely come and stay here again. Thank you

The hotel was lovely, staff friendly too. Accommodation was for 3 people, but towels/mugs/glasses supplied were for only 2 people. Sofa bed had not been dusted down, the carpet had stain marks nearby the chair and foot stool. This did not reflect from the fact that the overall stay was good.

Very handy for going to an event at the OVO. Very friendly and professional staff (apart from one bartender). Good to have parking next to hotel at a reasonable rate. Great choice for breakfast

This was an exceptional stay! The staff and bartenders were so kind and helpful. They genuinely seemed interested in our day and our plans during our trip. The hotel was super clean. This felt like a very safe area as well—close enough to all of the major spots in Glasgow but far away enough from the hustle and bustle. Would definitely stay again!

Can’t find the parking lot due to the next site has very big hotel is building and working trucks were blocking the view. After 3-4 times to drive around finally found the parking site.

Great hotel the city centre was way to busy to grab some food and drinks so me and my girlfriend can back to the hotel and i must say it was so peaceful and pleasant we ordered some food that was great and had some good drinks then it was just a quick elevator ride up to our room. Happy days
