Very comfortable room and nice communal areas.

Great new clean hotel. Close to all the event centres and a quick walk to the national rail station to get to the city centre. Friendly staff and a comfortable room.

The property was alright, nothing fancy. The ran out of supplies a couple of times, e.g no vegan sausages on one of the days for breakfast and then didn’t have slippers till the second day. There are no convenience stores nearby, and transport is also a sort walk away. All in all, an okay experience, not what you’d expect from a 4 star.

Booked as had concert at hydro. Hotel was perfect, right next door. Clean comfy room and 24 hrs bar. All staff were very friendly and attentive. Would stay again

Only an overnight stay after a concert

Lovely hotel, everything was just as you would expect. Staff were attentive and the cleanliness was off a high standard.

Lovely place to stay

Great stay, super lovely staff couldn't really complain. Only snag is that the restaurant shuts by 9.30pm so if you wanted food from the hotel you're stuck.

Lovely clean room comfortable bed , modern decor staff so friendly and helpful couldn’t have asked for a better stay food also was very good .

The rooms are clean, spacious, and nicely appointed. The staff are very helpful and eager to accommodate. It’s perfect for attending a concert at the Hydro—just steps away.

Beautiful interior across the whole hotel and perfect location for the event we had on at the hydro. Family room was very spacious and clean. Staff when both checking in and out were welcoming and helpful.

Although I had paid in full for my room, when I arrived at the hotel, Courtyard bumped me off to Moxy Hotel as they said they were overbooked! It was a rainy night, and we arrived at 8.40pm tired after a long drive. The front desk supervisor was unapologetic, saying that hotels do overbook! He had no qualms breaking up my party of 3, with one staying at Courtyard, and the other 2 staying at Moxy. When we kicked up a fuss (and rightfully so because of how the hotel treated us), he threatened to cancel our reservation and leave us without a room! Eventually, at our suggestion, all 3 of us were transferred to Moxy hotel.

Hotel was lovely itself and clean but the toilets had a very dirty drain smell we had too close the door . But the worse bit was the beds they were that bad the night staff girl moved us straight away but the other room was just as bad the beds had very big dips in the middle off them barely slept at all
