Nice and clean place to stay in. Perfect location when you are planning to stay overnight after attending a gig at the OVO Hydro. Will stay again if I happened to see my favourite music artist perform at the OVO Hydro.

The room was lovely, a very clean modern room with everything you needed. Superb shower room with an option of a low light which was very welcoming for us who are sensitive to bright lights. Very comfortable bed and had a great nights sleep. Our room was opposite a door for exiting the floor but the doors so were so thick and sound proof and quietly closing It wasn’t disturbing for a lie in. Would love to stay here again.

Check you have ordered a breakfast, i thought it was but apparently not, also could not sleep with the sound of the showeroom fan on all night with no way of putting it off, it was very loud.

Rooms are spotless and very comfortable and spacious. My only disappointment was the tea and coffee station, we are tea drinkers not coffee , only 2 teabags 2 very small sachets of white sugar, 4 milks they were fine. 1 packet of biscuits that were lovely so had to share lol. The tea wasn't great to be honest very bitter to me. Considering the overnight cost would've really liked a good cuppa in the morning before checking out. Would definitely return as hotel is beautiful but bring my own teabags and sugar.

Breakfast quickly let ghis place down , the food was cold , upon raising this new items were added but it was too little too late , my husband was very put off , it ruined his breakfast £17 and only thing he had was coffee , upon mentioning it at reception it was flippantly skimmed over as manager was in meeting , they will be intouch , i doubt that

Great location for the Hydro and extremely quiet inside the hotel. Rooms are nice, warm and only issue was that there was obviously a spillage in the room previously and the curtains were stained as was the carpet.
