Some unfriendly staff member. Crampy room. Lukewarm shower soon became just water.

エジンバラ大学に近く、値段も安い。近くに大きなスーパーマーケットがあるので買い物も便利。遮音が悪いのが少し気になるかな。

子供連れでしたが、エレベーターがなくて、しかも部屋が少し遠かったです。受付の方は、とても親切で小銭の両替や早い時間の荷物の預かりもしてくれました。また、ホテルの近くにバス停があり、頻繁に市内へのバスが来ておりとても便利でした。部屋はふつうです。Wifiを部屋で使うには別に料金が掛かりました。

始め、シャワーの栓が固くて、お湯がでませんでした。すぐにスタッフの方が対応してくれましたが。 サイトのホテルの紹介では、ドライヤーが借りれる、と表示されていたのですが、実際は前のお客さんが盗んだ(？)とかで、借りれませんでした。エレベーターがなかったので、大きなスーツケースなどを運ぶには不便だと思います。ロケーションも少々中心地から遠くて、結構歩きました。チェックインの時間に掃除が間に合ってなくて、鍵をもらって部屋に行ったときもまだ掃除中でした。朝食は、おいしかったです。

Helt greit sted. Typisk engelsk «hotel» med trange trapper og ganger, litt gammelt, men helt greit. Omtrent som forventet. Litt lengre å gå fra togstasjonen enn vi tenkte, så da var det greit med busstopp rett utenfor.

The room was not clean, first indicated by the stains on the sheets and the duvet. The wallpaper in the bathroom were coming off the walls, particularly around the toilet, seemingly due to water damage of some kind (this was a general thing in the bathroom). The shower itself was separated from the toilet which was odd particularly considering the floor in the room was all carpeted. The bed was NOT fit for two people and my partner ended up sleeping on the floor one of the nights due to the limited space. The curtains were quite far from the wall resulting in the sun shining directly in your eyes the second it started rising and even during the night it was quite bright. Overall I would not recommend this hotel mainly due to cleanliness and poor sleeping conditions.

The rooms are NOT clean. The bedding has stains on it. The spoons have dirt on them. The "new" towels are not clean and one of them smell weird We don't want touch anything in this room.

Det var udemærket. Havde ikke kontakt til noget personale, da vi kom om natten, og tjekket ud igen tidlig morgen. Dog var det meget oplyst hvordan vi fik fat i vores værelse. Er et udemærket sted til en seng og ca 20 min gågang til centrum.

Muy buena ubicación en las afueras de la ciudad, pero donde tomas el autobús justo al frente. Muy tranquila la zona y preciosa la arquitectura de las viviendas. El hotel no es lujoso, pero justo lo necesario para dormir.

Bus located right outside making it easy to get to and from for sightseeing. Bed was comfortable.

We like the room very much.

Nel complesso, una esperienza soddisfacente, soprattutto perché si passa tanto tempo fuori ovviamente! Sulla Pulizia si può fare qualcosa di più, ho trovato diversi capelli in bagno. Il mio materasso forse era un po’ vecchio? Era alquanto basso al centro. La distanza tra l’hotel e Victoria Street, per avere un punto di riferimento, e di mezz’ora a buon passo. Però gli autobus sono frequenti e molto comodi.

We were only given one key for three adults. There was rarely anyone at the front desk, so we couldn't check out properly or ask questions when needed. The website also does not mention that there are no elevators, which would have been helpful to know before booking. On the positive side, the room was clean, and the location was convenient, with a bus stop directly in front of the hotel.

Not accessible too many stairs

Clean facility but had a smell throughout hallways. Water pressure was poor and not very hot water. Buses running on street close by and very reliable. Bus info supplied by hotel

Plug socket sparked and started crackling so took phone of charge. Tried to turn shower on and electrics tripped and hasn’t worked since 23.00. Main light works so assuming it’s not connected to the rooms electrics since: Tv, kettle, chargers, lamps, shower and extension leads won’t work at all. Showers won’t work and no hot water. Reception man said there was fire day before so getting things back and running. Didn’t find out until we checked in and no prior messages or emails indicating this. Absolutely horrendous time here.

Hotel was good but the only downside was that the room service people didn’t do the work properly, they would tidy up and refill the tea n coffee but not change the used cups or wash them, also they didn’t hoover the floor at all, we stayed there 3 nights.

I booked a double bed en-suite room. I was initially offered a room with a separate external bathroom, then a small room with an en-suite when I questioned why it is different from my booking. This room was subpar, noisy and uncomfortable beds. Shower was limp. Door to toilet did not close and was hanging by a thread for want of a better expression. In summary, it’s a NO.
