駅からも近く、フロントスタッフの対応もとても完璧でした。 とても良い思い出ができました。

スタッフの皆さんはとても親切でフレンドリーでとても気持ちが良く滞在出来ました。 外見は歴史を感じることができ、お部屋もリノベーションされており、明るくとても清潔でした。 エディンバラに行く際はまた必ず泊まろうと思います。

初めてのエディンバラは、新市街のホテル。前回このホテルに宿泊し、とても良かったので今回もスコッツマンを選んだ。駅直結と言えるくらいの便利さ、建物の重厚さ、客室は機能的に変わっていたが…。4年前に宿泊した時のアットホームな雰囲気は、まるで無くなってしまっていた。それが、とても残念。今回インバネスに行ったので、スーツケースを預かってもらい、とても助かった。 スタッフは全員優秀。私の名前もすぐ覚えてくれた。料金が前回宿泊した時より、安倍政権の経済政策の大失敗による円安と、イギリスの物価高により2倍近くになってしまい、次回は宿泊できるか心配…。

Literally one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was so comfortable, beautifully decorated and overall just a fabulous place to be. I will cherish the memories there forever.

The carpets in the room are looking a bit grubby. There was a young blonde waitress in the breakfast room that looked like she had just woken up, not brushed her hair and her white shirt looked like she had slept in it, it was so creased and tatty. She also has a bad work ethic standing at the toaster to keep warm and not lifting dish!!

Absolutely amazing suite I had. Beautiful decor luxurious finish , stunning bathrooms. Great cinema too. Rooms are immaculate and spacious. Breakfast was ok. I asked for eggs royale , wasn’t hot. Salmon cold. My only slight complaint

We stayed for a short break to celebrate my daughters birthday and first time visit to Edinburgh. The staff were welcoming and helpful but when we entered our room the smell of sewage coming from the bathroom was awful! We called reception and were told they'd send someone up straight away. After 20+ minutes no one had arrived so we had to speak to reception again on our way out for the afternoon. Nice touch of a bottle of Prosecco in our room, but overall the room was a bit unkept, stains on the carpet, curtain and lampshade and dust on the panelling. Tea/coffee wasn't replenished and had to call reception for fresh milk. We didn't use all of the amenities although we did stop for a cocktail in the Grand Cafe, sadly these were small and extremely overpriced, one glass even had a huge block of ice in it and barely any drink! Disappointingly breakfast was served in what seemed to be a converted meeting room, not a restaurant or the like. Even though the hotel was beautiful, staff helpful and was convenient and centrally located, I doubt we'd stay again

They treated us like we were spending thousands of dollars. Chocolates and thank you cards for our Honeymoon. And a bottle of Proseco. The restaurant was great. Everyone was kind and generous to us.

Room was cold as heating wasn't working I called reception and they brought a heater to the room.

Room was very clean, staff very helpful, breakfast was lovely and the bar very enjoyable with nice atmosphere. However room 807 wasn’t anything like the website category which is what made us choose this room grade and pay a bit extra as it was a special occasion celebrating my 60th birthday. The room was in the roof, so slanted ceilings and quite dark and the only way we could see the city view was through the roof velux windows and if on top toes as we had to lean over the table and lamps. The website also led us to believe there was a little table and chairs in the room, of which we were hoping to have a breakfast at one if the mornings whilst watching the world go by. Shame as everything else about the hotel was just what we wanted.

This was a wonderful hotel which our family had a fabulous stay in. The room was clean and lovely. The hotel is perfectly situated. The hotel is beautiful.

Staff all very pleasant and helpful. Room very well equipped and very comfortable. We chose to have breakfast in room and it was amazing. Stay completely exceeded our expectations. Thank you so much!
