レンタカーの旅で泊まりました。駐車場が広く、無料で止められます。 近くにスーパーもあり、とても便利です。 スタッフさんも親切でした。

Staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Rooms could do with a refresh, carpets were quite dirty and deep clean / shampoo would help, quite musty. Breakfast - not great, orange juice was coloured water, no taste at all, sausages / bacon over cooked and clearly cheap. Overall for the price and good location, was okay for a 1 night stay to go out in the city.

I wish they still had filtered coffee for the breakfast, I didn’t like machine made latte .

Staff are nice and welcoming However , i did call to the hotline on Public website to confirm any EV charger in village hotel Edinburgh and was told there are 12. When we arrive to the hotel , the receptionist told us the EV charger can only be used on this summer. Making us so frustrating and need to arrange EV charge to the nearest Morrisons. It is not too troublesome but it is not professional to give out incorrect information to the customer. For the House Keeping we have no idea how benefit it could be we need to put the sign before 11pm a night before to secure the housekeeping. Also the towel is not replaced but only being taken away from the room. And obviously the pillow cases and blanket has not been changed , we actually had a pillow fell on the floor and we wish a clean one to be replaced and finally we did not know which one is the dirty one. A green mug was found full of black dots and dust in the room but still the housekeeping did not aware and change it. No full size mirror in the room. No sufficient clothes rack for the clothes / jacket s , obviously there is an empty wall behind the door area that can have something fitted on. Insufficient charging point in the room or in between the beds The lamp mounted is not working properly.

So glad I booked my Edinburgh stay at the Village hotel! The front desk staff were so helpful with everything from bus directions to great spots for affordable comfort food. I loved the gym and the staff there were also wonderful. The pool, sauna, and steam room were awesome treats after a hard workout. I was a bit disappointed with the powdered eggs at the breakfast buffet, but that was a very small detail missed in an otherwise perfect stay! The proximity to two different bus stops right outside made getting to the city centre super easy and made a huge difference! Overall, I'd highly recommend the Village Hotel to anyone looking for a quality hotel experience at an affordable price.

It was ok

I stayed in the village hotel for 1 night while in Edinburgh visiting friends, the location was excellent for getting into the city centre. The room was comfortable and clean, the shower gad good pressure, but the height was too low, im 186cm tall and had to duck to get my head under the shower head. The other negative was the breakfast was very underwhelming, while there was plenty of it everything was just ok. Overall i would stay again but wouldnt have breakfast.

Great facilities.

Easy, free parking. Nice staff. Clean room, no frills. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Main disappointment was that kids were only allowed in the pool after 9 on a Sunday but breakfast stopped at 1030 and check out was 11.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l'hôtel village. Tant au niveau de la chambre que des infrastructures. Super espace détente avec le spa et la salle de sport surtout après une bonne journée de randonnée, et puis le restaurant et vraiment top. Le personnel est vraiment super et toujours à l'écoute. Je recommande vraiment cet établissement. J'y retournerai.

Very nice and clean hotel.

Do not stay here ! General manager wont even call to speak to me instead sent a appauling email refusing a refund when we had issue with our room and our families rooms during our stay , a stay that we cut short due to our dissapointment and u resolved issues. I have been contacting the hotel several times and the general manager stewart still has nkt spoke to me but sent me an email response . A response that had inccorect information. Ouf stay was not not refundable which he stated it was ! We camcelled after 3pm as the problems occured after 3pm. 3pm is checkin time problems i informed staff of many times . A problem thar was fixed short term and then occured again not only in our room but in my mums to. He has not even recognised that my mums room had the same issue not even mentioned in his response . A disgracefull response from a general manger !
