I really really recommend you guys to stay here at Village Hotel. Location is great in front of the bus stop. There's Starbucks too inside Village Hotel, and the host manager name Gamze Welsh is really sweet and nice. She's the best host manager of the hospitality I've ever seen so far. If there were 10 stars, I would like to give 10 stars for you, Gamze Welsh! ❤️ I definitely will come back again 🫶🏻

Lovely stay staff very welcoming and friendly fast check in comfy beds spacious rooms and nice shower and very clean, the gym was very nice and pool breakfast also very nice lots of options can’t fault a thing I love village hotels

Lovely hotel. Well situated. The staff are amazing and so helpful. The beds were super comfy. Only let down was the food. Fish and chips tasteless and everything else covered in chillies. Upside was we did mention this and was immediately refunded half the cost of our meal. Special mention to the bar manager. He was extremely polite and helpful. Would definitely stay again, but would eat out.

Be aware that the breakfast timings change for during the week and weekend. We almost got caught out. The information card within the room does not highlight this along with the breakfast information on the front page, it’s on the back.
Prices charged for our evening meal in the pub grill for salads was extortionate, especially if you just wants something fresh and light.
Having paid £12.50 per person for breakfast, it too was lacking. hot food items and pastries were not replenished. Bread was still frozen for toasting, and choice of fresh cold items was mediocre at best.

Hotel is lovely and clean the beds are so comfy and cosy had best nights sleeps Having the a/c was great. Staff were very friendly. The only downside I felt was the having to order at the table for food and drink for evening meal . It’s a faff much prefer service at the table . Will eat out next time .
Breakfast was lovely buffet style but only scrambled eggs on offer which was downside for us .

We had a good time at the Village hotel although I expected a lot better for a 4 star hotel. The rooms are a bit worn out with fittings in the bathroom on the verge of breaking down. The room service was also not upto standard as we had to tidy up a lot of the stuff after we returned across all the rooms I had booked. The restaurant also had very few vegetarian food options to enjoy which forced us to order food from outside every night.
However, despite our poor experience with the rooms, I must commend the staff in the restaurant and reception who were extremely helpful and welcoming. They were exceptional. But for them, we would have had a really poor experience overall.
