The reception staff can speak fluent English and Japanese. The owner is very kind and will respond and act immediately if there are any problems. The room can't be described as beautiful, but it has everything you need. There are two large, free-to-use washing machines on the 6th-floor balcony, and you can dry your clothes in your room. The best things about this hotel are its location right near Busan Station and its convenient transportation. The subway station is a short walk away, and the bus stop is the same distance. There are many restaurants in the area, and a market is right in front of the hotel. There are several convenience stores (7-Eleven, CU, GS25) around the hotel, and as for supermarkets, I confirmed there were at least four, including a Top Mart. It's very convenient. A short walk from Busan Station, there is a large 24-hour supermarket (Choryang Dubaero Mart) that has everything from daily necessities to groceries. 접수 직원이 유창한 영어와 일본어를 구사합니다. 사장님이 매우 친절하시고, 어떤 문제가 생기면 바로 대응하고 조치해 주십니다. 방이 깨끗하다고는 할 수 없지만 필요한 것은 모두 갖추어져 있으며, 6층 발코니에는 무료 대형 세탁기 2대가 설치되어 있어 방에서 빨래를 말릴 수 있습니다. 이 호텔의 가장 좋은 점은 부산역에서 바로 가까운 곳에 있고 교통이 편리하다는 것입니다. 지하철역은 걸어서 바로 갈 수 있는 거리에 있고, 버스 정류장도 같은 거리에 있습니다. 주변에는 음식점이 많이 있고, 호텔 앞에는 시장이 있습니다. 호텔 주변에는 편의점(세븐일레븐, CU, GS25)이 여러 개 있으며, 슈퍼마켓은 탑마트를 비롯하여 제가 확인한 바로는 4곳이 있었습니다. 매우 편리합니다. 부산역에서 조금만 걸어가면 24시간 운영하는 대형 슈퍼(초량 두배로 마트)가 있어 일용품부터 식료품까지 무엇이든 다 있습니다.

年期の入った安モーテル、風呂場はかなりヤレてます… 床暖房にベットには電器マットと寒さ対策は合格ですが、部屋が猛烈に乾燥していたので加湿器等設置して欲しかったですね。

風呂が汚たなかった。テレビのリモコンが調子悪く上手く使用出来なかった事が不満です。立地が良く繁華街に出るには最高でした。

釜山駅まで歩いていけること、周りに飲食店があるので困らないところがよかった。

やはりここのホテルは交通の便が良いのと、釜山の駅まで歩いてすぐなのが良い。そのため、バスや地下鉄で釜山の観光地に行くのが非常に楽です。ここを起点にほとんどの観光地へ行きました。私は日帰りでKTXに乗ってソウルまでも行ってしまいました。また、ホテルの周りは食堂が多く、２４時間やっている食堂もいくつかあり、市場もすぐ目の前にある。いつも６階にある１台の洗濯機を使っていますが、もう１台増やしてほしいです。部屋は少々古く感じられますが、中は広いです。個人的にはこの雰囲気が好きです。ハウスキーパーが毎日清掃をしてくれて、冷蔵庫にある４本の飲み物やタオルなど毎日補充してくれます。社長も受付の若い人たちも皆さんとても親切です。

이번에 다시 왔습니다. 역시 호텔은 초량시장에 가깝고 부산역에도 가깝기 때문에 위치는 최고예요. 주변에 많은 레스토랑(맛집)도 있고 지하철역과 버스 정류장들도 가깝으니까 다른 관광지로 이동하기 편리합니다. 호텔 건물 뒤 중앙대로에 편의점(CU)도 있어요. 비가 굉장히 많이 왔지만 일주일 동안 즐거운 여행이었습니다. 서면에서 좋은 한국 아가씨도 만났어요. 6층 발코니에 있은 세탁기를 이번에도 사용하고 방에서 빨래를 말렸습니다. 방은 조용하고 매일 청소해 주시기 떼분에 쾌적하게 보낼 수 있었습니다. 제가 청소중의 방에 들어가서 냉장고에 음료가 아직 준비 되지 않았는데 사장님께서 창고까지 가서 가져와 주셔서 정말 고맙습니다.

The room is spacious. It has a double sized bed, a desk with a Windows 10 PC, a refrigerator, a desk for dressing with a big mirror and a chair, a small table with coffee amenity, a sofa and a bathroom with a toilet. The front desk person is so kind. When I asked him that I wanted to wash my clothes, he showed me how to get to a nearby coin laundry. The hotel has a washing machine and a drying stand on the 6th deck balcony. He gave me some drying hangers. I washed my clothes there putting shampoo. The AC is for 240V plug. The hotel owner showed me an electrician shop which is located opposite side across the bridge where I bought an attachment. The hotel has also various plugs and cords you can borrow. Housekeepers (friendly gentleman and lady) cleans my room every day and replace towels and drinks in the refrigerator. The location of the hotel is good. Many restaurants and shops (market area). There is an underground station outside the hotel which is the next stop from Busan station. You can also walk to Busan station as it is very close. There is a bus stop outside the hotel. I took No. 87 bus to go to Hocheon Village Cultural Center. I also visited Gamcheon Munhwa Village. You just go outside the hotel to ride the underground and get off at Jagalchi station (4 stops). You get outside from No.3 exit and turn around passing a building corner to walk along the street to the North to the bus stop where you take No.2-2 (I think No.1 and 2 are also OK).

テレビの液晶が壊れて見れなかったし、喫煙ルームで部屋が臭かった。冷蔵庫の水のサービスがあったが、ペットボトルに穴が空いて冷蔵庫が水浸しだった。駅から近い所は良かった。

オンドル部屋で快適に過ごしました。 朝食もおいしかったです。

スタッフが面白かった。

地理的に問題ないのですが、部屋のテレビやパソコンの周りが埃だらけで、浴槽も不潔でゴキブリまでいました。

年末に１人旅で2泊です　釜山も大寒波で朝は、－5℃の気温で寒かったです！　モーテルの部屋は、床暖房(オンドル)でポッカポッカと暖かく快適に過ごせました！　ベッドに電気敷き毛布もセットしてくれてましたけど部屋が暖かいので使わずにグッスリ眠れました！　テレビもNHKが見れて良かったですです！　朝食は、パンとコーヒーの簡単な朝食が付いてましたけど食べずに、近所にデジクッパの店が有って2日共に朝クッパでモーニングしました！　スグ前の通りにデジカルビ通りが有って、夕食は、１人カルビで美味しく頂きました！　部屋も暖かく快適に過ごせたので又、次回も利用させて頂きます！

以前、宿泊して良かったので、今回も利用した。 フロントにいるオーナーらしき人は愛想が良く、毎日出掛けるときには話しかけてくれる。
