Big room but old

Two new washing machines have been installed on the 6th deck balcony. I washed my clothes everyday.

Very close to Busan Station - within walking distance. Reception staff are very kind and friendly - they can speak Japanese and English.

As always it is a good hotel.

President of this facility is very friendly and he can speak English. Also he is very quick to move to fix the problem.

Easy access to Busan station and good location for visiting tourists spots.

Stayed here for a week before I left Korea and it fulfilled all the aspects you need in a motel.

Plus Motel has easy/convenient check in and check out policies. The owner was very helpful for tips in getting around the City and where to better go given our short stay in Busan. We liked the kitchen as it feels like home. It was spacious and full of free food/stuffs. It’s a plus to travellers like us to cook our own breakfast. The buiding is relatively old, but it was totally fine. Our stay was great and we have rested well enough for our next day tours.

Nice breakfast included. We were not expected, it seemed,but that was resolved. Needs more thorough cleaning, but the location is good.

Staff is very nice, room needs to updated but pretty clean, everything is pretty good except the bed linens, I wish they gave us a proper quilt instead of a bed spread, especially the weather is kind of cold

The hotel website fails to mention it is in the middle of a slum/construction site. The whole building smells terrible. I asked for a non smoking room but the room smelled awful and there were ashtrays everywhere so I assumed there was a mix up. When I asked for a new room the new one was just as bad and everything was yellowed from smoke. The bathroom was covered in grime and dust and you could instantly tell that this place was a complete dive. Upon looking at the bed I found lipstick stains on the comforter and there was a random wad of tissues stuck to the wall. I was afraid to ask about that. Basically I felt like I could get hepatitis just sitting in this place. DO NOT COME HERE!!! The pictures are a lie!

This was the worst lodging I have ever stayed in. The room itself was not clean when I arrived, and I had to wait 15 minutes for it to be cleaned. Even then, the room was noticeably dirty and worn-out, with dim lighting, grime, and stains. Oddly, my bed had only a mattress topper and not sheets. The owner is friendly but repeatedly asked me if I was bringing anyone over, which I did not find appropriate. On the morning of the last day of my stay, around 8:30am, the power went out in my room, turning off all the lights. The staff came in to check it out but could not solve the problem, so they left the room and said I did not need power anyways, as I was checking out soon. This was incredibly rude and shocking for me to hear, especially because it was a hot day and the air conditioning would not operate without power. Breakfast was literally bread, jam, and butter. The area is run-down and has nothing interesting to see. What a disappointment.

We really enjoyed our stay at Plus Motel. The location is great, within walking distance of the train station and the ferry port. The owner is very friendly and provides a nice information pack with good advice about the local area. The room was nice and big and free breakfast included.

very helpful owner.he gave me several printout papers for local sightseeing n dining.He even let me check in as I told him I was very tired n took morning ktx frm seoul.Rooms are spacious with simple breakfast which we need to cook ourselves on 10 floor.very near to busan subway station

The reception staff can speak fluent English and Japanese. The owner is very kind and will respond and act immediately if there are any problems. The room can't be described as beautiful, but it has everything you need. There are two large, free-to-use washing machines on the 6th-floor balcony, and you can dry your clothes in your room. The best things about this hotel are its location right near Busan Station and its convenient transportation. The subway station is a short walk away, and the bus stop is the same distance. There are many restaurants in the area, and a market is right in front of the hotel. There are several convenience stores (7-Eleven, CU, GS25) around the hotel, and as for supermarkets, I confirmed there were at least four, including a Top Mart. It's very convenient. A short walk from Busan Station, there is a large 24-hour supermarket (Choryang Dubaero Mart) that has everything from daily necessities to groceries. 접수 직원이 유창한 영어와 일본어를 구사합니다. 사장님이 매우 친절하시고, 어떤 문제가 생기면 바로 대응하고 조치해 주십니다. 방이 깨끗하다고는 할 수 없지만 필요한 것은 모두 갖추어져 있으며, 6층 발코니에는 무료 대형 세탁기 2대가 설치되어 있어 방에서 빨래를 말릴 수 있습니다. 이 호텔의 가장 좋은 점은 부산역에서 바로 가까운 곳에 있고 교통이 편리하다는 것입니다. 지하철역은 걸어서 바로 갈 수 있는 거리에 있고, 버스 정류장도 같은 거리에 있습니다. 주변에는 음식점이 많이 있고, 호텔 앞에는 시장이 있습니다. 호텔 주변에는 편의점(세븐일레븐, CU, GS25)이 여러 개 있으며, 슈퍼마켓은 탑마트를 비롯하여 제가 확인한 바로는 4곳이 있었습니다. 매우 편리합니다. 부산역에서 조금만 걸어가면 24시간 운영하는 대형 슈퍼(초량 두배로 마트)가 있어 일용품부터 식료품까지 무엇이든 다 있습니다.
