The reception staff can speak fluent English and Japanese. The owner is very kind and will respond and act immediately if there are any problems. The room can't be described as beautiful, but it has everything you need. There are two large, free-to-use washing machines on the 6th-floor balcony, and you can dry your clothes in your room. The best things about this hotel are its location right near Busan Station and its convenient transportation. The subway station is a short walk away, and the bus stop is the same distance. There are many restaurants in the area, and a market is right in front of the hotel. There are several convenience stores (7-Eleven, CU, GS25) around the hotel, and as for supermarkets, I confirmed there were at least four, including a Top Mart. It's very convenient. A short walk from Busan Station, there is a large 24-hour supermarket (Choryang Dubaero Mart) that has everything from daily necessities to groceries.

老板很熱情，主動取供旅游資訊如何去如何搭車，房間天天清潔换毛巾，地点好附近很多食店，近地鉄及巴士站和機埸巴士，釜山火車站在對面，價錢平抵住，下次定再來住

旅館主人非常熱情，還提供釜山旅遊的資料給我們，是相當用心的老闆，房間住宿大致上沒有甚麼問題，附近有市場，用餐相當方便，也近地鐵站，出入交通也很方便喔！

주인인지 종원업원지 친절했어요. 가격도 저렴하고 온돌은 네 명이 이용하기 충분한 크기였어요. 시설은 많이 낡았고 청결함도 떨어집니다. 전체적인 컨디션은 딱 가격만큼입니다.

年期の入った安モーテル、風呂場はかなりヤレてます…
床暖房にベットには電器マットと寒さ対策は合格ですが、部屋が猛烈に乾燥していたので加湿器等設置して欲しかったですね。

やはりここのホテルは交通の便が良いのと、釜山の駅まで歩いてすぐなのが良い。そのため、バスや地下鉄で釜山の観光地に行くのが非常に楽です。ここを起点にほとんどの観光地へ行きました。私は日帰りでKTXに乗ってソウルまでも行ってしまいました。また、ホテルの周りは食堂が多く、２４時間やっている食堂もいくつかあり、市場もすぐ目の前にある。いつも６階にある１台の洗濯機を使っていますが、もう１台増やしてほしいです。部屋は少々古く感じられますが、中は広いです。個人的にはこの雰囲気が好きです。ハウスキーパーが毎日清掃をしてくれて、冷蔵庫にある４本の飲み物やタオルなど毎日補充してくれます。社長も受付の若い人たちも皆さんとても親切です。
