ホテル パラシオ デ アイエテ

バルへ行きましたが、行きはタクシーでした。帰りのタクシーがなかなか捕まらなくて、ようやくタクシー乗り場を見つけてホッとしました。

受付の対応は良かったが、以下の点が悪かった。 チェックイン後、匂い（タバコ？）がしたので、直ぐに交換してもらった。連泊したが、1泊目は水があったが、2泊目は無し。廊下にあるベンディングマシンは、水の在庫がなく、いつも切れている状態であった。冷蔵庫がない。隣の声が少し気になったが、12時過ぎには、静かになった。

2泊しました。中心地までの移動はバスで15分くらい。 あまり時間のない旅行だとちょっと不便かなとも思います。 この交通事情がお値段に反映されているのかもしれませんが、 それほど高くない価格の割りには、部屋も清潔、宿泊した部屋のバルコニーは道路に面していて向かいの建物は見えるものの、山の風景が広がって結構開放的な雰囲気でした。静かな住宅街にあるのも好印象。 ホテルの向かいには公園もあって、朝のお散歩も気持ちよさそうです。 夜遅くまでバル巡りをしてしまうと、バスがなくなってしまいますので注意です。

Helt ok hotell, kanskje lengre unna sentrum enn vi forestilte oss, kjedelig frokost med dårlig kaffe.

Not located downtown but a fantastic hotel. Great room. Very nice. Would return.

Hotel a 5 minuti dal centro e dal mare. Parch

Trots avståndet till de centrala delarna så var det ett väldigt bra hotell. Enkelt att gå ned till stan och åka tillbaka med en av de flera busslinjer som passerar hotellet. Trevlig personal och fint rum. Saknade dock möjlighet att casta från mobilen till tv:n.

This was a lovely hotel, about a 30-50 minute walk to the main areas of San Sebastián(all downhill) the walk back was a little hard as it’s very uphill but there is a regular bus every 15 minutes for about €2, bus stop a short walk from the hotel. The room was clean, quite and roomy with a nice bath and shower and toothbrushes soap etc provided. Note there is no kettle or mini fridge etc which would have been nice. The staff of the hotel were very friendly and extremely helpful. The cafe/bar is also very nice and very good value for coffee/beer (€2-€3). The one thing that let it down and the reason I didn’t not give 5 stars was because of one member of staff at the bar. I asked if it was possible to have just a mug of hot water (to make tea in our room with bags we had bought) he said this is not possible as mugs couldn’t be taken to the room. The following day I arrived with my own flask and asked if he could top this up with hot water kindly and he scoffed at the idea and was quite rude. He did fill it up but made me feel silly for asking. I then asked for a little bit of milk, to which he also looked at me like I had 10 heads! He then said he had to charge me for the milk (fair enough but he didn’t have to be so rude about it). I also thought this was unreasonable as I’d spent money all day on beers and coffee. Every other member of the bar/cafe were very friendly however.

Hotels in San Sebastian are expensive and this one is priced too high for the distance from the town and the condition of the hotel. Restaurant is excellent. Great menu del dia

Hotel muy correcto.

We booked an accessible room and the bathroom shower flooded the whole bathroom.The screen was not watertight and the floor was treacherous.We arrived quiet late and so chose to eat at the restaurant.The waitress was incredibly rude!!

En general bien. La zona no es la mejor, por estar demasiado lejos del centro. Hablan de parking gratis… en realidad es una zona de aparcamiento alrededor del hotel que pertenece al propio hotel, pero que en el caso de que estén llenos, no existe opción a poder aparcar. Es un poco engañoso.

Habitacion muy amplia y comoda. Personal muy amable El hotel esta un poco lejos de la ciudad en una zona tranquila

Nice hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. Not too far to walk i into the city and good nearby buses

Average hotel. Comfortable beds and a good size room and balcony. Quite odd to have no balcony furntiure or a fridge in the rooms and dated tv, air conditioning etc - not exactly 4 star! Nice small terrace but hot tub wasnt available. Dissapointing! Bar closes before midnight, againdissapointing and not in line with being a 4 star hotel. Front desk staff were helpful.
