Hotel muito bom, o único problema é a cama que não é de casal, e sim duas de solteiro juntas.

Excellent hotel. Very clean, comfortable and spacious room. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Beach was just a short walk away, and Old Town only 10 minutes down the road by foot.

Lovely hotel, staff friendly & helpful, clean & comfortable hotel, good choices for breakfast, only 20 minutes transfer from airport, bus stop directly outside hotel, tram within 5 minutes walk, well worth a visit.

Stort kjøpesenter i gangavstand. Litt «lite» med restauranter i nærområdet, men vi var der litt tidlig på våren. Litt lite turister der da, pluss vi fikk nesten bare regn. Det frister ikke så mye å sitte ute da , så jeg vil nok anbefale sted litt lenger utpå sommeren .

I arrived at the hotel 20 February at 00:15 booked three nights from 20th 23rd February. When I showed the staff my booking they complained that I haven’t booked from 19th and 20th February so I can’t check in before later. Which is fine. But the attitude was unnecessary and not nice that there was no level of seeking understanding that technically it’s impossible for me to book a night in the past when I’m booking on the 20th February. So I was forced to book an extra night outside of hotels.com and directly with the hotel. Not planning to go back.

Room was generally clean but I did find some rubbish under the sink in the bathroom. Nice toiletries in bathroom and lovely powerful shower. Big bed which was comfortable. However the walls are extremely thin and I could hear everything that was said from the room next door. Hotel breakfast was great, good choices, fresh and plentiful. Staff efficient and helpful.

The room was standard, clean. The bed, bedding and linens were ok quality and comfortable. The balcony looks at the back of the Castle, not a great view but ok. The location is not close to anything but the tram. The check-in staff was just plain standoffish, we were standing waiting for our turn, 1 agent was busy and the other wasn’t even caring we were there. After waiting a while realizing he had no plan to engage with us we approached. The look we got from the employee was sort of like if we were there soliciting. Took forever to scan IDs and barely said anything about hours, services, where anything was, wifi password, or anything! Just handed off the keys and went off to look at his screen. He could definitely use a refresher in hospitality or just basic courtesy/manners. On the other hand, the lady that cleaned our room was super nice and obviously very good at her job. The hotel is old and quite dated, it gives the impression it’s made an effort to keep up the maintenance but still it’s not even close. Also there are zero perks in the room, I’d say just basic things like coffee, tea, water boiler, and the mini fridge barely cools, stuff inside looks ancient. It’s a pity the lack of attention to details and mediocre employees spoil the rest of what the hotel has going for it. Overpriced for what you get.

Clean and comfortable, very convenient location. Modern decor in the room eas pleasant. Very basic hotel services but that was exactly as expected in the price range. Only 4 out of 5 score because the hotel wifi was broken (at least around 8th floor, room 807 specifically). Wifi signal present, could connect from any device but authentication server was down. That's poor in this day and age when internet is mandatory for life!

Toaletten stoppade inte rinna flera gånger. Ett servicebesök men blev inte bättre. Hål i duschslangen. Avloppet frpn badkaret dåligh flöde
