素敵な世界観のホテルでした。

朝食付きプランでしたが、朝食がとても美味しくて良かったです。 便利な場所に有り、大通りに面しているので、治安が良かった。 観光やショッピングに適した場所でした。 隣の部屋の声が良く聞こえて、隣の部屋の人が深夜まで大声で話していたので眠れなかった。 共用バスルームでしたが、マナーが悪く、洗面もシャワールームも詰まって水が流れませんでした。

ひどい体験をしました。共用バスルームの匂いがひどく、お湯のシャワーも出ませんでした。部屋の鍵の掛け方も古い建物で難しい。特に、チェックインの際にクレジットカード情報の入力を求められたところが怖かったです。 よかったところは、部屋は清潔でした。また、クレジットカードは不安でしたが、特に不正利用などはなく、数日経つとクレジットカード情報は削除されるという説明はおそらく正しかったのでしょう。

Un lugar muy bien ubicado, las instalaciones limpias, pero el olor de los baños es muy desagradable. Un poco de ruido por parte de los demás huéspedes. Pero el personal muy atento y servicial. Justo se encuentra frente a la parada de buses Callao.

É num local extremamente central. Fiquei uma noite, apenas e me atendeu perfeitamente. Não tem local para guardar mala, caso necessitem, após check out, mas indicam lockers.

Está súper bien ubicado, todo cerca y accesible a cualquier lugar de Madrid! Es un lugar perfecto!

16 hour without water , bedbugs in the mattress

O café da manhã é muito bom e a localização excelente o único problema é o banheiro compartilhado.

Good location But staff very unhelpful, no place for luggage storage Toilets were clean on the first night but not the second night, room with heavy smell Water supply was stopped on the first night due to a scheduled maintenance but they didn’t prepare anything for that

Nada que ver con las fotos, estaba sucio, había una sábana mal puesta y ni cobija nos dejaron, los baños verdaderamente sucios que solo les dan limpieza a medias una vez al día, la recepcionista de la noche nada atenta No lo recomiendo

Det fanns inget vatten i byggnaden i över 1 dygn. Dvs ingen möjlighet att gå på toa, duscha osv.

They had a planned water shut off due to maintenance issues. They did not contact us in advance or give us a chance to get a refund. The water was shut off for over 8 hours making the bathrooms completely unusable. Even after the water came on the shared bathrooms were absolutely disgusting because people had used the toilets. The staff were rude and completely unapologetic when we tried to ask when the water would come back on.

Quarto limpo e agradável. Apesar de ser de frente para a Gran Via, não era tão barulhenta. A parte ruim foi não poder deixar a mala antes ou depois do check in/out. Isso nos fez gastar 13 euros com locker por algumas horas.

The Gran Vía location has charm, and the price looks appealing. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. We weren’t told at or before check-in about a €10 cash-only deposit for the fan remote — no air conditioning, just a fan. Arriving late with no cash meant a sweaty first night and an ATM hunt the next morning. Three bathrooms on our floor: one had no toilet, one had an unusable shower, and the third had a broken shower. None had hooks or shelves. The building has a single lift, which was in use by housekeeping for much of our stay — we were on the eighth floor. The room has frosted glass doors onto the hallway, so light and noise pour in constantly. On our last night, a neighbour’s room light was left on until 3AM. The windows onto Gran Vía look great but offer no sound insulation, and with no AC, sleeping through a warm Madrid night is genuinely difficult. Cheap, yes. Worth it? Not for us.

Ubicación buena

This is the worst stay of my life. I regret choosing this place. Only did it for location but it was the biggest mistake. The staff is horrible. They came every night nock at my door and force me to stop talking and go to sleep. Literally. The employee overnight in reception is a trans that is a stalker. Is a person that seems to be mad a the world. I even asked why so much anger on his or her approach to guests . It was not Normal nor respectful. He or she was very rude unprofessional and aggressive at times. Do not visit this place. Dirty , noise, horrible staff . No AC, to be able use the fan they will ask for a Deposit for the remote control. The fan doesn’t work without it. So if you don’t have cash you will have to sleep with the heat of the room. If you open window to refresh the noise won’t let you sleep. Terrible terrible experience. I will also write a review on google alerting people Not to Fall in this trap. First time I have such a terrible experience with Expedia.

Lamentablemente tuvimos una experiencia terrible en este lugar. Había un muy muy mal olor cerca de la cama, por lo que fue muy difícil dormir ahí. Además, pedimos una manta adicional porque hacía frío durante la noche, y nos la entregaron el día siguiente. Realmente no lo recomendaría.

everything so clean , loved the area

The rooms were clean and the staff were helpful. However, one downside was the lack of luggage storage. I had a two-hour wait before my flight, and it would have been very convenient to leave my luggage securely at the hotel during that time. It’s a shame, as having this option would greatly benefit guests waiting to travel to their next destination.
