The room was small, but comfortable. No AC, but the ceiling fan kept me cool. The kitchen was well stocked as far as I was able to see (I didn’t cook). The reception staff were great. The place was clean. Location is awesome. I’d stay there again.

When booking the single beds do not have windows which make it super hot. Get the room with the windows and call to make sure you are getting what you book. The pictures are true but deceiving. Other than that I loved the place!!!

The room was as the description on the website. The room was super hot and even though there was an A/C unit, we were not allowed to use it. The location for this hostel is 10 out of 10 and the check in/out process was easy.

Was a good place to stay in the middle of the center grand via , clean , the staff was kind and welcoming!!! The only things was the AC cuz it was a little hot . But beside that ,everything was great

The room was decent and toilets were clean but once I turned the fan on, a huge pile of dust showered upon. They didn't clean the fan blades at all. The whole room filled up with dust and it did not help with my allergies. Other than that, the location is elite!

For a one-night stay with a late check-in and early departure, this place worked great for me. The location is amazing, and I really appreciated the 24-hour staff at the door. I arrived in Madrid early in the evening and had an early morning departure, so it was the perfect setup for a quick stay. I booked last minute and somewhat rushed through the process, so I missed that the bathrooms were shared. The property did have a kitchen, but when I travel, I prefer to eat out and experience the local food scene rather than cook. Personally, I would not choose this property for a longer multi-day stay because I prefer having a private bathroom. That said, the building itself was beautiful and had incredible views.

The Building is an older building, classically beautiful but rooms have shared bathrooms down the corridor with poor lighting. You cannot tell if one of the bathrooms is occupied until you try the door, if you push too hard you can walk in on someone or they walk in on you. The reception Team are absolutely lovely and as I said it is a classically beautiful building, it does need a lot of tender loving care (TLC) It is very centrally located, so great for getting around Madrid This accommodation suits students but sorry to say not for me on my next Madrid trip. Thank you to all the Team on Reception and Cleaning Team you do an awesome job with what you have

Los baños son compartidos, información que no ponen en la página web, la habitación nunca fue limpiada y se hizo cambio de toallas. El elevador tenía un pésimo olor como a escusado. Sinceramente no lo recomiendo, fue una pésima estadía

Everything was as expected. But the bathrooms could use shower curtains. Water is too easy to spill out and guests can make a mess.
