El baño siempre mantuvo muy mal olor, no habia agua Caliente el segundo dia de mi estadia

No me gustó el lugar mucha bulla las personas ahí no se cállan después de la 1 de la madrugada hacen mucho escándalo no me gustó tuve que rentar otro hotel mejor

Reservé este “hotel” para mi llegada y salida de Europa (set 2025). Y FUE LA PEOR DECISIÓN reservar este alojamiento. Antes de llegar al hotel a media noche a realizar ml check inn me llegó un me face que debía de ir a recoger las llaves como a 200 o 400 metros a un hotel hermano de la misma cadena porque el recepcionista se enfermó y las llaves las dejaron en este otro hotel. Al llegar a nuestro hotel nos dimos cuenta que el ascensor era extremadamente pequeño para nuestro equipaje. Subir nuestro equipaje fue toda una odisea. El ascensor extremadamente viejo y descuidado. Al llegar a la habitación el calor era excesivo y la habitación no era ni parecida a la anunciada en sus páginas web. El sistema del aire nunca funcionó. El calor era insoportable. (no pudimos dormir un momento con tal asfixia) Al día siguiente pregunté por el aire acondicionado y me indicaron que para tener un control para el aire había que dejar 100 euros de depósito (situación que nunca me indicaron en el check inn). Luego al otro día el agua se fue temprano y el hotel lo único que hizo fue poner unos rótulos avisando de la situación. No más hicieron por sus huéspedes. Al querer salir del hotel un poco antes preguntamos para dejar las maletas en la recepción pero nos fue negado. No tienen un espacio para ello. A mi salida de Europa preferí perder mi reservación (más de 120 Euros) y alquilé otro hotel más digno para la última noche en Madrid.

The good points are that bathrooms are clean and room as well. The negative is that they’re really stingy with the provision of towels and don’t change bedsheets if you ask them to. And there’s no luggage storage so you need to pay something outside

Ha sido la peor experiencia en mi vida y soy viajero frecuente pero este ha sido el peor... muy ruidoso, no hay privacidad alguna, todo se escucha atraves de las puertas y paredes, el ruido de la calle horrible, como es posible que el papel de baño se halla terminado en todo el hotel y como es posible que se caiga el break y te quedes sin corriente en la habitacion... HORRIBLE NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA... PARA MI FUE NEGATIVO O

Buen lugar limpio y céntrico

The location is good, but it’s not worth how disgusting the place is. The bathroom stinks so bad that I avoided showering or even using it — the smell was unbearable. On top of that, I could clearly hear everything from the room next door, including people being intimate, like I was right there with them. It was honestly horrible. 0/10 — never again.

My booking was cancelled, the staff were unprofessional, and the staff admitted that the photos on their site are catfished.

Great place if you are a solo traveler trying to drunkenly pass out at 4am. If you are actually trying to get sleep at a reasonable hour you should avoid. Noisy inconsiderate idiots everywhere

No air conditioner

The rooms are way smaller than I expected, but at least there was a window. The location was excellent.

Unfortunately, this is the first time I’ve ever had to leave a negative review. It was a last-minute booking, and in the rush, I didn’t realize that the bathroom was shared. That was my mistake, as I usually prefer a private bathroom. However, the shared bathroom was very dirty and had a terrible smell—almost like a public toilet. It was also located near my room, and people often left the light on, which reflected into my room because the doors were made of glass. In short, it was a disaster. I was also shocked to find there were no wall sockets in the room. There were three lamps, but none of them were connected to plugs on the wall. Instead, I found a power distribution box on the floor (you can see it in the attached photo). I managed to get one lamp working and used it to charge my phone. In the evening, there was a lot of noise both from the street and from other rooms—there’s no soundproofing at all. I don’t know why, but someone on the third floor seemed to be working with loud tools or machinery. On my first night, I couldn’t sleep at all, and on the second (and thankfully last) night, I woke up at least ten times because of the noise. Sorry to say this, but that’s the truth. Never again.

For the price good value

It is a hostel with shared washroom but charge you like a hotel don't get into the trap they asked me 10 euro to use the remote for the fan lol. Washroom is always busy and messy better pay a bit more and get a proper hotel.

Tiny room (which I was aware of, it is specified in the description) but it is NOTHING like the photos they show. Also, if you get as "lucky" as I did, your room might just be one of the ones in the kitchen. Yes, my room door opened into the kitchen and I had to hear everything happening in the kitchen at all times of the day/night through paper-thin walls. They don't have A/C (which I also knew about, that's not the complaint), but they have ceiling fans that can only be turned on with a remote control—which they do not give you; you have to leave a 10€ deposit IN CASH ONLY to get the remote control. Zero empathy about not having cash, they gave me attitude about it. Shared bathrooms (which I also knew about) but for the three days I was there, nobody cleaned them. The same dirty floor towel that some guest left there by the shower door, was there all three days... crumpled in the exact same way. Not to mention that because of the lack of daily cleaning, and the hotel being at max capacity (I know because I tried to switch rooms out of the kitchen), the bathrooms smelled like bad gas station bathrooms. In regard to the area, excellent location. Plenty of shops and restaurants, walking-distance to clubs and bars, and great access to all kinds of public transportation. Maybe if it had been cheaper, I would not be so harsh with my review. But when you consider that you can get a way better room for much less—in the same area, I don't want to sugarcoat the experience.
