La ubicación perfecta, cerca a todo. Lo único que no me gustó fue que no limpiaran el baño todos los días, ya que es compartido... Pero aún así está bien por el precio

The hotel is in the city center surrounding numerous eating and shopping stores, and closes to transportations and tourist attractions. There are all private rooms, clean and comfort, with more than needed bathrooms/showers, kitchens and washing machines.

Creo que es la mejor ubicación que se puede tener en Madrid, para los fines que requeríamos, la habitación estaba amplia y aunque se comparten los servicios no hay problemas, el único detalles es que no tiene aire acondicionado y el clima no permitía disfrutar el descanso.

I stayed on the twin bedroom and had overall got a great experience, the bedroom was bigger than I was expecting, comfortable beds, great location, close to everything (including tourist attractions, groceries stores and restaurants). The only major problem that i got was in my last day the water from the shower was not heating up, I don't know how fast they fixed since I checked out before it. Highly recommended for short stays.

El lugar no tenía aire acondicionado y el calor se volvió muy intenso.

No es un hotel, es un hostal con recepción. El baño es compartido. Está muy bien para mochileros y estudiantes

It was very good and definitely value for money. Location is superb and right beside all the big shops. Staff on daytime were excellent but unfortunately whenever was on duty the night of 2nd had a very bad attitude. He was rude to 2 different arrivals arrivals and the to me asking about remote for AC. I informed him of this and also noted he was extremely nice to a passing Spanish guest. It looks as if for this person if you are Spanish he will be nice. Very unfortunate as everything else was great. Shared kitchen fully equipped and 4 different areas on my floor. Everything looks new. 2 shower rooms for 6 rooms but beer had to wait. Obviously gets a bit wet during early morning but as expected. Great value and would use again

REALMENTE LA EXPERIENCIA FUE BUENA, EXTRAORDINARIA UBICACIÓN RECEPCIONISTAS EXCELENTES, MARINA EN PARTÍCULA. AHÍ EL PROBLEMA SOMOS LOS INQUILINOS. LOS BAÑOS ESTÁN SUCIOS POR QUE UNO ASÍ LOS DEJA. SI LA COCINA U LOS TRASTES QUEDAN SUCIOS ES POR QUE UNO NO LOS LAVA. NOS TIENE QUE QUEDAR CLARO QUE ES LO QUE ESTAMOS RENTANDO. SOLO A MI ME. GUSTARÍA QUE LA ADMINISTRACIÓN PUSIERA UN POQUITO MÁS DE REGLAS EN LA CUESTIÓN DEL RUIDO A CIERTA HORA. DE LAS LUCES DEJAR DE ESTARLAS PRENDIENDO O APAGANDO. SUGERENCIA MÁS A LA ADMINISTRACIÓN. PONGAN LUZ CON SENSOR POR FAVOR. PARA QUE NO SE QUEDEN PRENDIDAS Y TRASPASE LA LUZ A LAS HABITACIONES POR LA MADRUGADA. DE AHÍ EN MÁS EXTRAORDINARIOS DÍAS EN LA MEJOR ZONA DE MADRID.

Es poco más que un hostal -porque los cuartos son privados- pero los baños son compartidos. Los cuartos son muy pequeños y los colchones, viejos. Las camas no tienen ni respaldo. Por este costo, se pueden conseguir mejores alojamiento en Madrid.

Tuve que dejar el alojamiento. Me dieron una habitación de 7 metros cuadrados, no había TV , sin ventilador y encima al lado de la cocina.e fui.

My daughter and I arrived at 11:30 pm and checked in, that is when we found out that the property had shared bathrooms, this is not very clear in the profile in Expedia. When we got into the elevator it was dirty, when we got out of the elevator the rug was dirty, when we got into the room it was dirty, we had booked a two bed room it had only one, the handle of the entrance door was broken and the door looked like somebody tried to go in and it was broken. We felt very unsafe and definitely couldn’t sleep in this place that was dirty and unsafe. They asked me on check in for my credit card, which has never happened to me even in 4 star hotels and took pictures of our passports, now I am worried what they can do with it. The photographs in Expedia do not really show the place how it is. We panicked and luckily were able to book another hotel. When we left the girl in reception was taking care of other clients and she never asked us anything, she just extended her hand to get the keys. This was the worst experience I’ve have ever had una hotel, and I have stayed in hostels in Spain. I will try to get a refund. Don’t stay there. Location is great, the place is not.

Qué es un engaño con las fotos que usa y lo que ofrecen y no pudimos quedarnos, perdimos el dinero . Y rentamos otro lugar

It’s in a great location, staff were very help fui and Friendly. Restroom shower and toilet barely have space. Would be nice to have security

Nice enough building and helpful staff - but the toilets are awful and so are the shower rooms, nothing was clean and the rooms are full of dust,

Perfect place near city center and still quit and good place with everything in the kitchen, badroom, and nice living room.. bed and everything was so nice. Absolutely amazing your hotel Nice and 100% clean :-) We like your hotel. We will come back again when we travel to Madrid.
