The reception staff was sufficiently kind. Not very close to but not far from the station, and easily accessible. The safety box was completely broken and not usable. The door and walls was not thick enough, and the it was a little noisy when some guests come close to the room.

Adequate for Torremolinos. Obligatory check in at 3pm a bit of a hurdle. Issues with noisy garbage trucks and smoking patrons.

Lovely hotel and staff, just not enough people at the front desk. A good breakfast, but not enough vegan, dairy-free or gluten- free options and it does get "samey" when you've stayed there over 4 days. I was really pleased with the staff, would definitely stay again!

Très beau complexe hôtelier, à 5 minutes à pied de la zone piétonnaire et touristique. Grand buffet pour le petit-déjeuner, ouvert jusqu’à 13:30, de quoi se restaurer à volonté.

Clean room, but quite worned down with patchy walls, and the door let through a lot of noice from the corridor (we were close to the elevators so that might be why). No good view from our room but the area is interesting and has a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Good for one night but we will probably go somewhere else next time we visit Malaga.

Great location. Walking distance to the main shopping and dinning area in Torremolinos. Bed was super comfy! Check in staff (I think her name was Catherine) was so lovely and friendly and helpful with all my questions. No fridge or kettle, but amazing buffet breakfast until 1pm!! I had a Seaview room. Lovely to sit on balcony at the end of the day. Get down early to the pool if you want a sun bed!!

Basic but clean and convenient. The breakfast was also great, and they have a laundromat on-site, which is great if you need to wash your clothes.

Ganske fint rom og flott bad. Bra frokostutvalg. Savner kjøleskap og vannkoker i rommet. Belysning foran speilet på badet kunne vært bedre.

Great location Clean hotel Pool area was fine for us , given previous comments . Ideal for couples who might like a walk around town and arpund beach etc .

My recent stay at this hotel was not as comfortable as expected. The room lacked soundproofing, which made it difficult to rest due to noise from outside and the corridors. There was also a terrible smell coming from the drainage in the bathroom. Several basic amenities were also missing: there was no fridge, no in-room tea or coffee facilities, and the safe required an additional charge to use. Housekeeping did not service the room at all during my four-night stay, and it was only cleaned after I requested it. Even small conveniences came at a cost, such as being charged for ice. On a more positive note, the buffet breakfast was satisfactory, with a good range of options and the added benefit of being available until 1:30 pm. Overall, while the late breakfast was appreciated, the lack of essential amenities and inconsistent service detracted from the experience.

Had an amazing stay at Tent hotel. Staff was very lovely and for the most part available when needed. We stayed for 3 nights. Hotel was very close to restaurants and the beach. Although the room could do with a little more features it still provided what you needed for your stay.
