We enjoy the unlimited buffet brunch provided by the hotel. Food quality and quantity are both above average. Parking at hotel is not a big issue, although it’s free to park on the streets around the hotel, but it took us a while to find a parking space. And the gym in the hotel on the ground floor is very simple, not much equipment can be used although the space is big.

The hotel room was spacious but basic. Everything was very automated eg check in- very little human interaction- you needed to scan QR codes to even get the tv working or find out anything about the hotels facilities. Buffet breakfast has a lot of variety but the quality of many of the food offerings was poor a lot of the hot food was only just warm. Overall not a bad hotel and value for money overall not bad. But not good either. I think there are catering to a specific type of customer so definitely not everyone’s cup of tea. The pictures online create an image of luxury but that’s not the reality. The hotel was in quite a down market area of the city

El hotel esta muy bien, super limpio, las instalaciones reformadas y modernas. Las habitaciones impecables. Tiene incluido el desayuno que es un bufett desde las 8am hasta las 13:30 y puedes entrar todas las veces que quieras y comer de manera ilimitada. Recomendado este hotel 100%. A solo 3min del Centro y unos 10min andando de la playa. Muy bien!

Fab breakfast unlimited brunch was really good. Great location walk through town to get to the beach Uber cheap as chips to get around No kettle/coffee facilities in the room but there is a machine €2 Would definitely stay again

Alles schoon en netjes en vriendelijk. Fijn hotel.ik zou alleen het douche gordijn vervangen door een scherm

It was short but we were well taking care of.

Great location - short walk to citycenter and all the great restaurants and La Nogelera bars.

Frokosten var veldig bra. Rommet var noe sparsomt møblert, manglet noen skikkelige stoler, og sengene var vaklevorne. Bad kunne trengt flere knagger til håndklær etc. Innsjekking på automat skulle vært unødvendig siden alle data var sendt på forhånd. Ikke et hotell der du vil oppholde deg på rommet mer enn nødvendig. Sentral beliggenhet i Torremolinos.

Good breakfast but uncomfortable bed

Das Frühstücksmenü war nicht frisch und ab 09.00 vieles vergriffen. Dunkele Atmosphäre in dem Raum. Haben uns entschieden dort nicht mehr zu frühstücken. Für einen Tagestrip hatten wir angefragt, ob wir Frühstück mitnehmen dürfen. Man lies uns in den Frühstücksraum, wo nichts stand. Die Handtücher wurde ausgetauscht, häufig fehlten dann aber neue. Wir hatten das Zimmer in der 10 Etage. Zwei Aufzüge defekt und der Rest kam oft nicht weil alle Gäste damit fuhren. Sind mehrmals die 10 Etagen gelaufen .. Die Betten wurden täglich aufbereitet. Die Betten selbst waren Oll und abgenutzt. Geputzt wurde meines Gefühls nicht einmal. Es lag Staub und Dreck auf dem Boden. Lediglich sichtbare Stellen wurde gewischt, der Rest blieb liegen. Aus dem Bad oder der Klimanalage kam täglich ein Vekal/Kloakegeruch, der sich regelmäßig durchs Zimmer zog. Sehr unangenehm. Auf Anfrage ob man eine dickere Decke bekommen kann, erhielten wir alte Synthetikdecken die man sich auf das Lake legen konnte. Habe ich bisher auch noch nicht erlebt. Der Gang war meistens stockdunkel nur zwei Lichter brannten. Die Umgehung des Hotel war gruselig. Ein Reiseguide traf den richtigen Begriff, sobald es unken wird kommen die Vampire raus. Es gab Schlägereien, Dealereien und zwei Polizeieinsätze. Muss man alles nicht haben.

El hotel cobra 10€ extra para llegar en el hotel antes de las 15:00 hrs. No hay neveras en las habitaciones. La alcachofa de la ducha esta mal posicionada en la bañera y por eso tiene que tenerla en el mano mientras esta douchando. Es poliza de la empresa solo dar un llave cada habitación, si quiere otra, me ha dicho el chico en recepción varias veces que es poliza de la empresa solo dar una llave cada cuarto y usa la llave digital. Un poco obtuse. Queria dos llaves por la ultima vez aqui no funcionaba la llave digital que encuentro que no es fiable. El desayuno estaba bien como siempre y he dormido bastante bien en la cama.

The breakfast was good but I didn’t like the way people overloaded their plates with food they didn’t eat very sad in a world where people are starving I saw lots of tables with food waste maybe put a notice in language telling people not to be greedy one table had 6 coisants on a plate they didn’t eat another with a plate of churros again not eaten

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would have appreciated spare pillows in the room because they only put one on the bed. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The breakfast brunch is available for a very extensive period of time, which I appreciated and utilised, however some of the items were cold. I also did not like the fact that the mushrooms were tinned. I asked for a kettle because I had read on the website that you can rent them from reception, I did this at a cost of 5 euros plus a 10 euro refundable deposit. It was disappointing to have to pay a 5 euro charge for this, I thought that was as excessive and over the top. For the price this hotel is very good value, it is a great location for Torremolinos.
