The breakfast was good but I didn’t like the way people overloaded their plates with food they didn’t eat very sad in a world where people are starving I saw lots of tables with food waste maybe put a notice in language telling people not to be greedy one table had 6 coisants on a plate they didn’t eat another with a plate of churros again not eaten

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would have appreciated spare pillows in the room because they only put one on the bed. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The breakfast brunch is available for a very extensive period of time, which I appreciated and utilised, however some of the items were cold. I also did not like the fact that the mushrooms were tinned. I asked for a kettle because I had read on the website that you can rent them from reception, I did this at a cost of 5 euros plus a 10 euro refundable deposit. It was disappointing to have to pay a 5 euro charge for this, I thought that was as excessive and over the top. For the price this hotel is very good value, it is a great location for Torremolinos.

Great location and good sized room - swimming pool was disappointing and not really a place to relax unfortunately, but the staff were friendly and the unlimited brunch was good too.

The buffet breakfast included in the price was basic and busy but open until 1pm - come in as often as you like, and as such was amazing value. This hotel gave us everything we needed for a one night stop after arriving late at the airport. Comfortable beds. The balcony upgrade was worth every penny with an amazing view of the city of Malaga and the sea. Lifts could be slow to arrive at times but a small price to pay for the view from the top.

Clean room, comfortable bed, didn't use the pool area but looked good. Breakfast/Brunch had lots of choice but wasnt kept hot, still plenty of cold items to pick from.

Yes it was fresh

Arrived from an overnight flight from New York wanting a shower and lay down. Room 1: Very hot/aircon didn’t work, broken bed, flickering ceiling lights Went to reception who sent an engineer to look at the aircon, he tried it and it didn’t work and then left without saying anything. Went to reception again to ask for another room to be told there wasn’t another room available. They lied. The booking website said 5 rooms available. I had to say if another room isn’t given I want a refund and we’ll go to another hotel. Room 2: Again, very hot/aircon didn’t work Went back to reception and spoke to someone else who was questioning that it must be me, guests had just stayed in that room and there were no issues. Room 3: Flickering ceiling lights Finally given a cool room but the ceiling lights flickered. Don’t be fooled by the edited shiny photos, it is very rough around the edges with only some parts refurbished. The staff couldn’t care less. Shower water temperatures varies from hot to cold when showing. A number of lifts were also out of order.

The location is great for quick access to the airport and all shops and restaurants. Long walk down steps to the beach, but worth it. I recommend tent for a great price near all amenities and the staff will sort you out 24/7 with taxi requirements.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast/lunch buffet was the best I’ve eaten at. It catered to all appetites.

When we arrived (after 3pm) our room was not ready so they offered us a different room to the one that was already allocated. We went to the room, the balcony was overlooking a big buzzing industrial machine, as we were booked in for 13 nights we did not want this room as the buzzing noise was too much. We asked at the desk if we could have another room, one that had a double bed rather than single beds (which we'd already requested, by email, a couple of weeks before we arrived) the man at reception said they only has a couple of rooms on each floor with a double bed, he looked on his screen and said we could have a room with a double as he'd found one but it would cost us €130 extra, we asked why, he said it was because we hadn't requested that or a balcony, I showed him my reservation confirmation (that was made 8 months earlier) which confirmed my choice. He said we could have the room but he would drop the extra cost to €65 we had no option but to pay! The room that we had was on the 10th floor, the railing was wobbly which was due to a missing bolt, if anyone had leant hard onto the railing it would have broken away. We told the desk, the staff member didn't seemed bothered so we told another staff member in the morning. The railing was fixed when we were out for the day. There was no apology about the fact that they'd put us in a dangerous room that had cost us an extra €65.

The breakfast was the best!

Good location. Welcoming staff. Easy Check In. Complete and great selection for brunch opened for an extended period. Room was clean, spacious but definitely needed a paint refresh on the level 9th floor. Balcony had been renovated, very inviting!!! Pool area and lounging cleaned but certainly need to refresh or upgrade the section of the bar area. Overt a great stay!

Nice hotel but it certainly needs a refresh. Friendly staff. Good breakfast and brunch. Comfy room, even it was really basic, we would have appreciated more amenities. We didn’t like the auto checkin process: very complicated, room key code not working, we needed to ask for a physical key… honestly, technology won’t replace human contact, empathy, kindness and human problem solving in front desk services.

Nice hotel, clean, very good buffet breakfast , it’s about 30 minutes drive to Malaga
