宿泊した部屋の冷房がカビ臭く、シーツも黒く汚れていたり、枕も使えないほど臭く、バスタオルもカビ臭かった。 チェックインのスタッフの対応は良かったので部屋のコンディションさえ良ければよいのに、という印象。部屋によって違うのかもしれないがそんなに安くないのにこれはいただけない。

遺跡までのアクセスは良いと思います。 市街地までのアクセスも良いと思う。 とても静かでゆっくり過ごせました。

泊まる分には問題ありません。 早朝チェックアウトする旨を伝え、朝食をパケットで用意してもらうよう頼みましたが、カウンターに従業員はおらず、チェックアウトすらできない状態でした。もちろん朝食はなし。 へんぴな場所にあるためそこのレストランで食事しましたが、料理がでで来るのがとても遅かったです。確か30分は待ちました。 泊まる分には十分良い部屋ですが、WiFiも弱く、従業員に＋アルファのサービスを求めてはいけません。

期待以上のホテルでした。自然と一体化していながらも全体の調和が完全にとられていて、どこを見ても隙のないデザイン性で感動しました。家具など内装も素敵でした。

Staff were Friendly and nice. Outside the property is nice. Food is good. We got a room in ground floor overlooking a neighbor house. Fence only had few trees and some sort of a roofing material (takaran sheets). People are constantly walking by the room and looking inside. Because of it, we were unable to leave the blinds open. Hotel is run down, old age shows in room and bathroom. Bathroom fan was loud and my son was scared to go in . I had to ask for extra TP. I had 1/10 of a TP roll and 1/2 TP roll to start. Horrible room. We were unable to figure out how to operate the TV. Two remotes should come with an instruction manual. It’s an ok place to stay. For the price, not worth it.

The Heritage is set in a fabulous location, in magnificent grounds on the edge of a lake, peaceful and comfortable. Yet in easy reach of the Sacred City. The staff were helpful and breakfasts superb.

Great staff and good service. Property not well maintained

It looked like Heritage Hotel had seen better days. The staff were good and helpful. The first night the electronic door lock would make the kind of noise it made when in opening mode. Staff fixed it by disabling the lock to be purely mechanical.

Le 2ème jour la chambre n'était pas nettoyée du tout! Vieux bouts de tapis dans le couloir! Staff géntil,le petit-déjeuner très banal,le dînner très correct. Bien situé,grande chambre,mais besoin de rafréchissement en géneral.

Stayed for 2 nights. Food was great for a 3 star place. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It's an old hotel but great location. The walk around the lake is beautiful.

The staff is great. They are accommodating and attentive. We had no problems with the staff at all. However, this hotel is old and has not been updated or even maintained properly. The carpeted rooms smell so bad. We had them move us from our initial room because of the carpet smell to another that was only slightly better. The carpets are old and pulling up at the corners The bathrooms dont seem to be cleaned thoroughly between guests. The shower glass is cloudy with hard water stains. The sink and surround was also dirty with water spots. The paint is stained and the walls look dirty. The toilet had a ring of filth at the water line. The mattress was so hard and uncomfortable The dining area had peeling wallpaper and old paint. The food is below average at best. Each meal was disappointing. No taste and bland. We left early because we had enough, we booked for 3 days and stayed only for 2 days. We booked another hotel and completed our vacation. Overall I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone, until issues above are fixed. We also met senior management who described why the hotel in such condition, seems excuses to us, but if you are opening for business then the property should be in a good condition.

The Heritage is in a fantastic location, right on the lake and only a short Tuk-Tuk ride from the historic sites. We were greeted with friendly staff who were helpful. However we felt the place was a little run down and not very clean.

This is quite a large hotel, but not many guests were staying when we were there. The rooms were well loved but clean. The service was great and the staff were happy enough to open up the pool bar and sports bar for us to have a pre dinner drink. The staff even organised for us to hire bikes, so we could ride around the lake and visit the temples. The pool was great for a cool down at the end of the day. There is not much in the way of restaurants around the hotel, but the food in the hotel is delicious and affordable.

The Swimming Pool was not in operation (I booked this hotel mainly because of the Swimming Pool). The Minibar was not working (when complaining, they came and told it was working even though it was not getting cold). It was a wet bathroom as the water splashes out of the shower cubicle. Even though I checked-in at 9pm I was asked to leave at noon or pay Rs.2,500 for every hour I stay.

Location by the lake. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The bathroom was clean but there was a small water leak. I only stayed for one night and did not bother asking them to fix it. Did let them know there was a leak when leaving and they were very sorry about it and asked why i did not let them know earlier.

Felt this hotel has great potential as the grounds are beautiful and the lobby is as well. The pool was great although it had a poolside bar but no one attending it. The room was spacious but very worn as well as the towels and bedding. It was clean enough. The bathroom had a very strong odor - not sure if it was an air freshener but it was very overwhelming. The food was average. The service was friendly. But was just disappointed for the missing upkeep of this hotel

A mejorar ciertas cosas pues es muy viejo el hotel y las fotos engañan. No es un 4estrellas. La piscina lo mejor. La comida aceptable.
