APPALLING SERVICE Made an advance booking and added a note that I'm terribly scared of heights so would appreciate a bottom bunk bed. When checking in around 9am they advised they would not be able to honour the request. They gave me the key but the room was not ready until 12 and they asked me to store luggage in a separate facility. I have asked if they could approve cancellation and refund in that case and they said that they would but I need to contact the booking platform to get this through. I then was hanging on hold trying to get through to an agent who spent ages trying to get through to them and he then advised that it will take up to 4 days to complete the refund approval process and refund my money but also reassured me that since hotel verbally confirmed they would be happy to do so, I have nothing to worry about. That would about 11am (official check out deadline) so I returned to the hostel to hand in my key. The same lady at the counter then advised me that they will not approve my refund request because it's too late and 'i already took the key' I do appreciate that it was a late cancellation and that they cannot guarantee if I get upper or bottom bed (although at this point I'm certain they haven't even tried to accommodate my request). What I do not appreciate is being lied to which led me to waste 2h of my short trip to Stockholm trying to change my booking. Also, reception staffed only a few hours a day - no way to get a towel when checking in the eve

Bra: Härliga sängar. Mycket bra kök! Bra service: jag kunde komma in och få rumsnyckeln efter stängning! Och jag fick hjälp att komma in i mitt rum efter att sonen låst in nycklarna, trots att det var efter att receptionen stängt. Det var mycket tyst på natten, trots det centrala läget! Brister: Ingen frys i köket Lite för varmt i rummet Lite för het dusch

Jag hade en kort vistelse i Stockholm och valde City Hostel för sitt läge nära tågstationen, samt att det skulle vara välutrustat kök och snabbt internet. Allt stämde.

Clean, comfortable, and quiet. I liked that it is centrally located and close to the bus terminal. Will stay here again.

Zeer netjes en ruim. Voldoende toiletten en douches. Prima bedden en kamer. Tevreden.

Bra pris, rent och fräscht, nära centralen och trevlig personal

This hostel was nice kind of hard to find at first but overall it was a pretty good experience. The beds are very loud and noisy so watch out for that but they were clean and somewhat comfortable. The bathrooms and showers were nice and big and non mixed.

Nice and clean. The receptionist Sara was very friendly, helpful and professional. Bus stops are nearby, as well as 7/11. We like this place.

스톡홀름에서 싱글룸 묵고 싶은데 호텔은 비싸고, 그렇다고 도미토리 8인 1룸 이런곳 가고 싶지 않으면 추천. 미리 예약했어서 그런지 싱글룸 1박 4만원 후반대에 예약했고, 3박동안 큰 불편 없이 잘 쓰다가 갑니다. 중앙역에서 걸어올 수 있을만큼 가깝고 동네 치안도 괜춘. 근처에 coop 크게 있어서 싸게 먹을 수 있음. 호스텔 내 주방에는 냉장고, 앵간한 조리기구, 그릇, 조미료 다 있음. 욕실은 공용에 개인 칸막이 있지만 바닥이 공용이라 남이 씻는물 저한테도 오는건 단점이라면 단점 + 수건 기본 제공 없음. 20kr + 호스텔 내 음주금지! + 리셉션이 9시~6시까지만 열어서 늦은 체크인이나 짐보관에는 시간 계산이 필요합니다. (늦은 체크인을 위한 출입 및 키 받는 방법이 별도로 있는것 같은데 머리아프실수도 있으니)

The staff is very basic, just like the room. Not a friendly welcome and not a friendly check-out. At least a simple question like 'did you enjoy your stay' or a 'thank you for staying with us' would have been nice.
