Absolutely gorgeous hotel - we rented the suite that has three bedrooms and it was so perfect and well stocked for our group. We had a cozy living room with a fireplace so we could all hang out after a long day of exploring. The views were excellent, great location & walkable to everything. It was very hot in the bedrooms - doesn’t seem like the AC really worked (in any of the places we stayed in Switzerland) so maybe adding fans in the room would be helpful. Had some laundry done and it was outrageously expensive. The other thing only thing I didn’t love was the clear glass shower stall, which offers Little privacy, but besides that it was close to perfect. Bar, hot tub, pool etc all beautiful. Would 10000% recommend and would stay again!

Hotel Firefly was one of the most perfect hotels my wife and I have ever stayed in, truly! Upon arrival the front desk walked us around the property showing us the complimentary spa area which we used each day to warm up in the evenings. Our bags were in our room when we arrived and the room even had a small kitchen so we could make a couple meals which was nice since we were almost two weeks into our vacation upon arrival. The breakfast being served in your room was amazing as well to let you feel like you were home. The location is fantastic and the room was clean and well prepared. Will never stay anywhere else in Zermatt when we return!

Wir hatten als 4-köpfige Familie ausreichend Platz im 2-Zimmer- Appartement. Praktisch war die komplett ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspülmaschine.. Das aufs Zimmer gelieferte Frühstück war zwar praktisch, ist aber nicht vergleichbar mit einem reichhaltigen Frühstücksbüffet. Ein Skilift ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, die anderen müssen mit dem Taxi angefahren werden. Der Spabereich, leider erst ab 16 Jahren zugelassen, ist sehr gut, auch die Hotelbar sehr gemütlich.Die Lage ist sehr gut, das Ortszentrum ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Absolutely loved The Firefly. Staff was very kind and super helpful. The Spa was very clean and had all the good stuff🤗. Great views from our beautiful room and it was quiet. Easy walk to the shops and restaurant and short walk to the glacier express gondola. I can’t say enough about The Firefly. Definitely going back!

This property is overrated. What you see in the photographs, when you arrive is not how you think. I regretted it, I think in Zermatt there are better options for a lower price and a more accurate location !!!!

Firefly is a wonderful place in a great location with outstanding service. Our family of 5 really enjoyed the extra space versus traditional hotel rooms. The common spaces were fun and inventive, the finishes high end, the breakfast convenient and delicious. Thank you for a great stay.

Tolle Juniorsuite mit Balkon und grosszügigem Bad, leckeres Frühstück auf dem Zimmer, schöner Wellnessbereich, freundliches Personal. Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Gerne jederzeit wieder.
