簡易的なホテルです。ホテルの入り口が、お店の入り口と一緒なので知らないと入りづらいです。

スタッフの雰囲気からしてかなりカジュアルなホテルです。 1階はステーキハウスで、ホテルのメイン入り口は建物の裏口になります。 開店前のステーキハウスでチェックイン手続きをするので、不思議な感覚でした。 少し不安でしたが、客室内はある程度清潔です。 都市部で少し予算抑えめにしたのでこんなものかとは思いましたが、賑やかなエリアにあるので夜はかなりうるさいです。 窓を閉めていても、飲んで盛り上がっている人たちの声が聞こえます。 清掃もきちんとしていて最初に不安がったほどは悪くないな、と思えましたが、次回は予算があれば他のホテルを選ぶと思います。

ホテルの位置は観光に便利でした。部屋は清潔です。三泊しましたが、朝食は毎日同じでした。宿泊料込なので文句は言えませんが。パンは同じでしたが、大変おいしかったです。部屋の清掃は三泊中一度もありませんでしたが、不便は感じませんでした。

乾燥が気になりましたが、立地もスタッフも治安もとてもよかったです。

El apartamento es pequeño y no está en un lugar agradable, es un restaurante con varias habitaciones, ascensor muy pequeño

Our room on the 4th floor was adequate for a 1 night stay. The room was very clean but very basic and in a good location for exploring the city, only 10min walk to Zurich HB This hotel does not offer a front desk/ reception area. We seemed to be checked in by wait staff in the steak house attached. There was no one to answer questions, or offer advice on what to see or do in the area. When I did ask one question, we were immediately dismissed because the waiter had to prepare the restaurant for the lunch crowd. The room itself was basic but clean. Towels were ratty, pillows beyond flat The entrance to the hotel is a little creepy. It’s located around the back of the building and you require the room key to open the door, or ring a door bell and the staff from the restaurant will let you in. When you enter the building, you go straight up the stairs or elevator…there is NOTHING hotel like about this place. The hotel is ok for a quick stop or for someone very familiar with Zurich and does not need any guidance or advice about the town. It is a quick 10min walk from Zurich HB so that was nice. Overall due to the lack of “hotel” amenities and a reception area with knowledge staff, I can only rate this a 3 star at best.

The room was in a perfect location. Small but clean and breakfast was great!

This hotel is nestled in the heart of the old city over top of a restaurant. The room was fairly dated, but was reasonably comfortable. It was surprisingly quiet, considering the location.

The biggest draw back was a noisy AC unit. The AC was needed but being woke up at 2am every morning to loud banging fan noise wasn’t much fun…. Other than that the room was nice.

Air conditioning had to be continously emptied. Kind of a bummer

The curtains were hanging off our window. The shower you had to duck your head to get into it. We were on the top floor. Luggage storage was just on the stairs where people were going up and down so that wasn’t really the optimum. I like the location and the breakfast was excellent. The coffee and tea in the room there wasn’t any.

It was good!

The hotel access was very confusing. Had to ring the door 4 times before anyone answered. Staff did not speak much English making it difficult to register. Room was clean but very warm. Tried using the AC but it blew directly on the bed making it impossible to sleep and the unit leaked water on the floor - making it slippery.

It was in the perfect spot to catch the tram. And in old town, it was convenient to everything. All buildings are old here, so expect it. They had a small elevator that could be accessed through the attached steakhouse restaurant, if needed, but the stairs worked fine for us. We entered through the back door to come and go which took us straight the stairs to our room.(This would not be an option for wheelchairs, as there are a few steps up to reach the elevator). Elevator access would have to go through the restaurant each time. The included breakfast had nice options and they made a latte for us each day. It was a treat compared to regular coffee! The staff was friendly. Room was clean. It had everything we needed.

Wir sind spät angekommen, wurden aber von der Mitarbeiterin sehr freundlich empfangen und eingecheckt. Das Zimmer war sauber und für einen Städtetrip auch ausreichend groß. Leider gab es aber mehrere negative Punkte. Es gibt keine Rezeption sondern die Mitarbeiter des Restaurants sind auch hierfür zuständig. Bei jeder Frage hatte man das Gefühl, dass man stört, da sie gerade beim bedienen waren. Frühstück war ok, aber nicht sehr abwechslungsreich. Bei expedia.de wird mit einem Flughafentransfer geworben. Dies war der Grund, warum ich mich für dieses Hotel entschieden habe. Als ich nachfragte wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass es keinen Transfer gebe, ich könnte aber einen shuttleservice für 90Franken vor Ort buchen. Da unser Zimmer direkt am Fahrstuhl und der Treppe lag, fragte ich nach einer anderen Option. Da sie ausgebucht seien, war dies nicht möglich. Auch ein Late check out wurde mit selbem Grund abgelehnt. Komisch, dass über expedia für diesen Zeitraum noch 8 Zimmer buchbar waren, und es gibt nur 12. Da fühlt man sich als Gast nicht wirklich willkommen. Wir ließen unser Gepäck nach dem check out vor Ort um noch die Zeit in der Stadt zu verbringen. Als wir wieder kamen, stand unsere Tasche auf einer Treppe im Restaurant. Für jeden zugänglich oder griffbereit zum mitnehmen. Als ich den Mitarbeiter darauf ansprach zuckte er nur mit den Schultern und sagte "es wäre schon ok". Absolut unprofessionell!

siisti huone ja yleiset tilat. henkilökunta oli kohteliasta kunhan yhteinen kieli löytyi, englanti, saksa ei riittänyt tarvittiin myös espanjaa. ravintoloita runsaasti ihan lähellä. Hyvä sijainti rautatie asema kävelymatkan päässä. Vanhan kaupungin tunnelmallisia kujia

Väldigt bra läge! Trevlig personal. Inga strömuttag nära sängen är ett minus.
