조식은 음식이 다양하지않았어요. 방은 콘센트가 침대옆에 없어서 불편했어요. 위치는 교통편리해요

스테이크 하우스와 같이 운영을 하여 할인된 가격에 레스토랑 이용을 할 수 있어서 좋았음

perfect location for tourists. very friendly & helpful staff. efficient checkin and out. very good breakfast. bed is on the hard/firm side, something like a thin memory foam.

Huone oli lämmin, koska huoneessa on lattialämmitys ja patterit. Lämpötilaa säätämällä asia saadaan kuntoon. Huone muuten oli kompaktin kokoinen.

Room was decent, and staff was nice. Area is right in the heart of the old town. Walkable to historical attractions, churches, cathedrals, museums, shopping areas, restaurants, Christmas markets, etc.

what a truly strange hotel. It sits on top of what looks to ne an excellent steak house yet you enter through an ummarked door in the back alley. There is no lobby, you sit at an empty table in the restaurant and fill out your registration then are hurried back into the dingy service area to an unmarked elevator and your room. The room itself isnt bad, though negotiating large suitcases requires some finesse. Our room was on the front corner so had lovely views of the small piazza outside. the bathroom was quite small bit clean- toiletries had to ne put on a window ledge on the bedroom. We were there for more than one night it may have annoyed me more; as it was I chalk it up to yet another quirky stay

The room was clean and the breakfast good. Staff were helpful. The main shortcoming was that the hotel played canned music at breakfast - I prefer quiet. They also did this in the evening (when it is a steakhouse), although we could have gone elsewhere to eat then. Also there is a public clock somewhere near which chimes the quarter hour and is not switched off at night. (Not the hotel's fault nor the fact of our not knowing that Swiss electric sockets are different from other European ones.)

The issue is that it this was NOT a hotel . It is a few decent rooms above a steakhouse. There was no reception or lobby or night staff. Ideally i would like a refund, as this was advertised as a hotel but was just rooms above a restaurant.
