朝食はメニューが非常に多く素晴らしかったです。客室はとても綺麗です。立地について、ビジネス向けには最適だと思いますが、観光目的の場合は旧市街のホテルの方が便利かもしれません。タクシム広場からもそこまで遠くないのでIST空港からはとても便利だと思います。

部屋は少しコンパクトですが、清潔で便利な場所でした スタッフのホスピタリティも素晴らしい

タクシム広場から徒歩圏内で、観光にも便利です。また、窓が複層で外の音はシャットアウトされ快適でした。朝食もエッグコーナーの卵料理がおいしく、トルコのお菓子などもあり快適に過ごせました。

とても便利な場所にありますし、気持ちよく滞在できました。不満はありません。アップグレードしていただいて、嬉しかったです。 強いて言えば、お風呂のお湯がたまるのに時間がかかったことでしょうか。これも大したことではありません。

It’s a wonderful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet is excellent, offering a wide variety of food. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The location is perfect only 5minute walk from Istiklal Street. A special thank you to the Assistant Guest Manager, Ms. Hanieh Baghestani, who was incredibly kind and arranged a lovely birthday surprise for our son in the room. Mr. Tahir and Mr. Suleiman were also very helpful and professional at the reception. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel.

De kamers werden dagelijks schoongemaakt. Personeel was behulpzaam. Dicht bij Taksimplein maar 3 minuten loop afstand. De bus van Sabiha airport stopt ook voor de hotel dat was best goed in plaats van taxi nemen.

Fantastic hotel. Fantastic breakfast. Fantastic staff. This hotel was absolutely perfect. The check in and check out process by Selin, Tahir, Ahmet, and Antonis was excellent. The highlight of our stay was the amazing breakfast buffet. A big thank you to Erdogan, who took exceptional care of us everyday. There was a mix of Turkish and other dishes which were all delicious. The best part was the Turkish tea. The room was kept spotless everyday by Nurten who did an excellent job making sure we had bottles of water and little treats at the end of the day. The stars of this hotel are the staff at every level and in every role. They made us feel so welcome and took very good care of us.

The hotel was in very central location, short walk to Taksim Square and the famous Istiklal Street, with easy access to local amenities and shops. The staff were very professional and friendly. The room was very good size and housekeeping was excellent.

The hotel was very clean and well organized. All staff members were polite and professional, especially Ms. Hanieh, who was very attentive, responsible, and respectful. We were very satisfied with our stay at the hotel. The only issue with the hotel was the bed. The mattress was not comfortable and had some sagging, which caused me back pain. However, the room cleanliness was excellent, and the breakfast variety was also very good.

Upon arrival at the hotel I had to pay to upgrade my room because of the noise and how worn out the standard room was. On the first night of my stay I had a friend in my room for a while with no problem. On the 3rd night I met a friend who was waiting at the front of the hotel and as we came in security and reception staff started harassing him. They kept his ID card and limited the time he is allowed to stay with me to 1 hour. The reception staff decided not to tell me what was going on as they had been speaking in Turkish to my friend. So I was forced to ask them what had just happened. I find it appalling that I am not allowed to entertain a guest in a room I have paid for, especially when they are not staying in the room overnight. Upon leaving I asked for more information at reception who told me if it’s a male guest they can stay for 1 hour and there is no need to pay until after that amount of time has passed, but if it’s a female friend I will have to pay now. There is no turndown service at this ”5* hotel”. There are no English channels on TV apart from the news - unusable. There was a sewage smell from the shower drain after showering. Upon checkout I was charged £7.46 for a small bag of M&Ms from the mini bar. This is an absolute joke of a hotel but is unsurprisingly in keeping with the scammer culture of Istanbul. It is clear they don’t trust guests. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless you want anyone you know in Istanbul to be harassed by hotel staff.
