Wifi was working ok on the first day but didn’t work the next day. Staff said will look into it but never did.

The room was clean, but there were noticeable issues with broken facilities such as the elevator and the pool

The location was good and it was clean and comfortable to stay.

ホテルは新しく清潔で清掃が行き届いている。バスタブは広く寛げた。Wify接続で好きな番組も見れて快適だった。 パワーラックでの筋トレは充実でき、マッサージも楽しめた。食事は屋上でトルコ料理とベリーダンスショーで楽しい夕食を過ごせ2泊3日の小旅行を楽しめた。

When we entered the room and saw the surprise gift hotel team had prepared, we was absolutely delighted. It was clear that this was not something put together casually, but a gift prepared with great care and thoughtfulness. On top of that, the Bosphorus view is great and stunning. Choosing Sofitel was truly the best decision :) I would like to sincerely thank all the staff for the warm hospitality, especially Cansu and Tibet.

L’accueil à la réception était au top.

Room good size, but pillows on bed poor quality. Could not get the heat to stay on. Don’t spend extra for club access — totally not worth it. Generally I’d say over priced for what you get.

Clean room,perfect location and amenities and good staff

Everything was perfect, till we had two family's move next door. They wouldnt sleep and make so much noises in the middle of the night. We couldnt sleep properly for 2 days due to these family and their children shouting and screaming. We told the receptionist but they still didnt stop

Rooms were clean and spacious. In the e middle of busy street. Lots of food options. Great spa facility

Ar condicionado não funcionava. Na cabeceira da cama tem luzes de led das tomadas que clareiam o quarto inteiro e incomoda muito pra dormir. Não sei como a administração não vê isso. Não recomendo.

Prachtig Hotel een dikke 10 van ons!!!! We komen zeker nog een keer terug en vooral Candan hanım bedankt voor alles!!!!

Everything about this hotel is first-class. The rooms are well-appointed and have great views (most of them). The staff is well-informed and unfailingly courteous and professional. Special praise for Muzaffer, the room attendant on the 4th floor. He was efficient, professional, and very friendly. I should that in general the location is excellent— many shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Flott beliggenhet, utmerket service, rene rom og flott utsikt over Bosporos. Jeg er kjempe fornøyd med oppholdet mitt på Sofitel Istanbul Taksim.

Definitely come back again

Beautiful Hotel, room was amazing (upgraded to a suite) with a large patio looking out on the Bosphorous, amazing bedroom with views. The staff and concierge were top notch. The breakfast had a vast selection of options to accomodate everyone. The concierge (Kaan)went above and beyond - hit 5/5 on restraunt reco.mendations and helping plan our days, offering tourist suggestions and shops to visit.
