セネカ ナイアガラ リゾート & カジノ

ホテル周辺の中でこのホテルはとても目立ち、カジノもある為ゴージャスな印象で良いホテルでした。 部屋の中のインテリアや洗面台なども美しく、気分が上がるお部屋でした。 コーヒーメーカーやお水のペットボトルもあり、快適でした。 滝までの距離も、歩いて15分くらいだったので、特に問題なく各ビュースポットを歩いて散策出来ました。 ただ残念だったことが、部屋の清掃が行き届いていなかったので、ゴミがいくつか残っていました。 たまたまかよも知れませんが、その点を除けばお勧め出来るホテルだと思います。

I had a corner suite in the 22nd floor with a jacuzzi....it was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Great view of the falls and I always had a great seat(bed) for the 10pm fireworks show

We book here for our annual niagara falls trip every year. Great place for all of us to hang out after our long ride day and walk to falls.

Great location but our room was right by elevator so we could hear elevator noise all day & night.

Amazing experience! The spa was awesome. The shuttle to The Falls was very helpful and always avaliable. Food selections were very good as well.

The facility was great and the staff were helpful.wish they had a coffee bar closer to the lobby other than on Saturday and Sunday. Also twice there were panhandlers right outside the door. But would definitely still recommend

Great location for the falls. Steak house was great so was the restaurant Koi. Our air conditioner went bad on our second day and flooded the floor. They put us in a corner room for our last night. No room service so if you need towels or coffee packets you have to tell them. We either drive or took an Uber even though the park and rainbow bridge are walkable the neighborhood is sketchy, especially at night.

I had problems from the second I got in there. I often stay in hotels. I certainly do gamble in casinos, and this is probably the worst one and experience. I have had certainly would never recommend or go back. There are many reasons, mostly staffing and quality.

When you first walk in the hotel, the smell of cigarettes hit you in the face. They have the casino which allows smoking in some areas and the smell travels to the front door. Besides that, I must say check-in was a breeze. I was very happy with our room. I could smell it had been cleaned and the size was pretty good. The bathroom was pretty big and the beds were comfortable and clean. We stayed in a non-smoking section and had no issues. If you love to gamble, you will love this hotel. Everything is downstairs and you dont need to go out. We ate at the 3 Sisters Restaurant and the food was really good. Great portion sizes! Overall, our stay was pleasant and I would come back.

Very under staffed and front desk people were extremely rude. They kept “changing” their late checkout policy. Every staff that I spoke to provided different information. The 9.8 rating on Expedia is misleading, I will never stay at this property again. Want to reiterate - very rude and inhospitable customer service.

This fit our need for an overnight stay.

The price for the room was somewhat higher than expected and the ad for the room was extremely misleading. We wouldn't have paid what we did if we knew the room wasn't what we expected. The staff at reception wasn't very helpful with this either. They blamed it on the booking company that we went through and said we should have used the web site directly to the hotel. There was nothing saying that on the web site. All in all not very happy with the accommodations here.

It's the best spot in Niagara Falls on the American side. We had a view and got to see the fireworks from our hotel room every night. The one major downfall was you could really smell the smoke from the smoking casino at night. We couldn't hangout at the lobby bar because the smell was so strong. Breakfast buffet was limited. We didn't try any of the other resturants.

Smelled like terrible smoke, jacuzzi tub was dirty, sheets smelled, food left in hallway all day and night, cups of cigarettes left in stairway
