I left my last hotel because of the jacuzzi not working among other things. So, I booked with this hotel.... soon as I got there both Jacuzzi's didn't work, wrong room, ice maker didn't work, key card never worked, and staff were REALLY RUDE!! I even called corporate to complain and send photos of how the staff let people not staying at the hotel sleep on the lobby sofa and staff just sitting around in the lobby not behind front desk. The janitor/maintenance guy was rude and felt he was a bit racist towards me.

Hotel was all round pretty dingy, small cockroaches roaming around the bathroom area, dirty towels left for us including hair, and the pool area was less than desirable. Was supposed to stay for 2 nights but moved hotel after one night. Only seemed to have one staff member on that knew what they were doing, when speaking to one woman at the desk was told I needed to come back in half an hour when someone who could “actually help” would be there. Would not recommend

Terrible. Smelled like smoke and urine. Pool in the photo is not the actual pool. Photos should be updated. The whole place felt dirty. The check-in person was really nice though.

I called ahead and was told that the pool closes at 10. At check-in, it was confirmed that the pool would close at 10. I went to the pool around 7 and the pool was padlocked. The front desk agent lied and denied ever telling me the pool hours over the phone or at check-in. He was borderline belligerent and completely dishonest. Room 250, the shower sputs, but hardly runs at a decent speed without making a TERRIBLE sound. The sheets were dirty on one of the beds. There's a $30 fee to change rooms!

the walls are dated, the closet housing the refrigerator and microwave was about to fall apart, breakfast was awful. The ac unit barely worked. The parking area had vagrants hanging out on the property.

The only reason I chose this place was because of the amenities specifically the jacuzzi, the pool and the gym. The jacuzzi in my room didn’t work and the tub was small. The gym is an outdated old hotel room turned gym and the equipment (treadmill) is broken. Breakfast is disgusting if you don’t eat microwave eggs with pork. Spoke to manager they offered me more time at this crummy place.. maybe my standards were too high. Expect nothing and then this place would be great

My room had an insect infestation. Asked for a refund and the man at the desk said I had to email the manager who had been non-responsive for over a week.

Not good place considering his location . It should be classified as motel .

I was moved to 3 different cause massive amount of files in two queen size room 230 231 room 120 toilet leak...... Management didnt reimbursed any of my stay for two days I will never go back to that hotel

Booked a room with 2 beds for daughter and me, I'm her father. Entered the room to see only 1 bed. Had to go back to front desk and ask for the room I booked. The front desk guy was nice and accommodating. Got to the room we booked and it was filty. Trash cans were full of food, drink bottles and trash. Turn the lights on in the bathroom and there was cockroachs scattered everywhere. There was clumps of hair and dust and dirt all over the floors. The beds were made poorly. Gnats flying around. The pictures online looked great but this place was disgusting. Had to cancel my 2 day stay and try and find a hotel, mind you this was at 9pm. Horrible start to a vacation

Property smells and in poor condition rather stay somewhere much better! Low value and low budget. I could not stay here due to the horrible small, cramped room and obvious updates needed.

Room not clean, moldnon the ceiling of bathroom, tv not working, and NASTY and RUDE staff, very incompetent.

Room in need of many updates. Not really clean, hair in tub and debris in corners. The shower curtain rod not in correct place and causes water to spray out both sides unless you rig it by bending rings to stay. Stains on bathroom floor that were questionable/unidentifiable and most likely not cleaned properly. A/C leaked water on the floor and outside on what seemed to be only our room. Bathroom light would turn off and on randomly when on. Towels were not available at desk when asked for. Sketchy people hanging out in parking lot that may or may not have even been renting a room. We did stick it out because we had our dogs and there were not too many options elsewhere. However, I think it should have cost a lot less per night for what we got.

The room did not match the pictures. They have modern updated rooms lining the courtyard, but the rooms in the corners are not updated, and are cheap loss leaders. Wallpaper, old stains on chairs, etc. Nothing like the majority of the other rooms at the hotel. Also, the ice maker portion of the mini fridge was frozen full of ice. I asked for a different room, and was placed in another "corner" room. I got in the second room and the mini fridge was half the size as the first. It wasn't full of ice, but I could only fit one water bottle in to put in my cooler. I asked how much for the more modern style room that I saw in her pictures when I booked it? He said he could do something in the morning if I wanted. I was top tired, and was leaving in there morning. The next morning, there was a puddle in the room on the floor under the ac. There was a jaccuzi hot tub by the pool, but he said it was closed. I walked by, and it was "on " all night and into next morning. There is already a "no lifeguard swim at your own risk sign", why is the jacuzzi closed? I had a hard hot day, and the jaccuzi was the reason I booked the place, so I could relax. But, I any use it because? I'm gonna stop there for now.
