50平米超の部屋でしたが、綺麗で過ごしやすかったです。 エアコンの音がうるさかったのですが、寝るとき消しても朝まで寝れたのはよかったです。 プールもプールサイドのレストランも雰囲気が良かったです。　またビーチも広々して南国情緒がありGoodでした。 出かける時はGrabを利用すれば問題なしです。空港の送迎バスも無料で便利でした。

館内に売店が小さいのが一つあるだけで、周りにもないので、夜チェックインしたら、飲み物も買えるところがないので、行く時は注意した方がいいです。 館内バーも22:00にしまってしまいました。

スタッフがフレンドリー。スタッフに英語が上手く伝わらないこともあるが、他のスタッフのサポートもあり、あまり問題ではなかった。 食事も美味しく、コストパフォーマンスはとても良かった。

日本語ができるスタッフは居ませんでしたが、翻訳アプリを使って会話でき、みなさま笑顔でサービスもよかったです。部屋も広く、施設も綺麗でした。バイクをホテルで借りられたのも安心でした。

入住時有兩條排隊道，前面也都還有客人。當我與家人先抵達排隊時，反而是後面抵達的其他客人先CHECK-IN，不是很理解這個動線。在當下櫃台服務人員應要告知後面抵達的客人CHECK-IN先後順序，而不是還需要客人開口詢問為何自己先抵達卻要比別人晚CHECK-IN。或者CHECK-IN人數多的時候需引導先抵達的客人在旁邊座位區等待順序。

This is a very beautiful hotel. The staff is extremely helpful. The food is delicious, but you will pay resort prices for it. They have an extensive option of food choices for the breakfast, which does come with the room. The only cons are two: 1) It is way away from water excursions and the rest of the island. This means that you have to pay to go almost anywhere. 2) If you go during the rainy season(March-September) there will be very few days that they will allow you to swim in the ocean. We were there for 5 days, and only got to swim 1 day. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful resort.

Loved the pool area and beach , this really makes this hotel . Rooms are very comfortable but a bit soulless and bland . Your really limited to eating at hotel as nothing around this place , far out of town . the restaurant on the beach was great during the day with good food , but limited choice in evening and very expensive. The bigger restaurant inside hotel main building was fabulous for breakfast , best choice and quality I’ve ever had , but eating here in the evening felt like you were eating in a food court with the bright lighting , though the choices of food were quite good . Really nice staff though in both restaurants, they engage in conversation and are very friendly and chatty which makes a huge difference. Overall we enjoyed our stay here for 4 nights

Excellent choice during breakfast. Staff were courteous and helpful. Excellent facilities. Lots to do during rainy days.

View from the hotel is stunning. The hotel is okay. The hotel architecture inside is like hall way, but the employees are very nice. The room was dirty so I asked them to change the room, they did and when I asked for an extra blanket the blanket had a hole. To the family who is going to stay in this hotel special have a kid when you go to the kids play room. The staff will ask kids to draw color for free and then when you are busy on your own they will suddenly without parents permission they will ask kids Choose any kind of doll then after that ask us to pay an extra money. This is supposed to first ask the parents before they let them do it. This needs to be investigated. Swimming pool water is so dirty. I don't know how many days they didn't clean the water. My daughter got sick because of the pool water. Very terrible.. We have to go to an emergency. We were supposed to check out on Sunday, but we checked out on Friday early in the morning. Stay at another hotel.

This is a paradise not a hotel. There are only good and great things to talk about this place. The best resort in Phu Qouc Island by far. Every staff is courteous, energetic and customer focused. Lavish pools and stunning beach. Hotel rooms are immaculate. Room service is top notch. Breakfast is awesome and a food marathon with zillion of specialties. Food haven. Child friendly to the best. They have a great kids club. Free shuttles from airport to hotel. Reserve it in advance.Free shuttles to the Grand World Market. Chef Vincent and Chef Tung very accommodating and will make you feel special with mouth watering dishes we being vegetarian. VY and Vivivian at the dinner check out were amazing with great customer service and details. Queen helped our 7 year old daughter all during the stay and were very caring. There is a DJ playing your favorite tracks in the evening at the beach and also nice soothing music at dinner. We had dinner and breakfast always the hotel as it great value for money and quality which is top notch. Overall a great experience and something to remember for rest of our life.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, wonderful beach but in a quiet location, not very accessible to town and shops.

Always a pleasure staying there. Airport shuttle service fully appreciated. Require significantly more adult oriented activities on site. Breakfast buffet superb.

Très belle plage au calme avec des transats bien espacés. Petit déjeuner varié. Upgrade dans une meilleure chambre, tres appreciable. Il y’a des petites choses à améliorer mais dans l’ensemble et surtout le rapport qualité/prix est exceptionnel.

Beautiful beach front resort which actually looked just like the photos. Great ocean view from the room with a balcony. Everything was very clean and seemed new. The staff were kind and professional. We had a very relaxing stay and enjoyed our time at the beach and the pool. Daily breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. The free shuttle to and from the airport was extremely convenient.

非常欣賞此酒店經理的處理方式，是大集團標準以上，極速解決問題令客人滿意地離開酒店。酒店有免費巴士去富國大世界，但要留意巴士坐位不多，坐滿就沒有了，而且提供時間很小。早餐非常豐富，而且味道不錯。兒童設施不多，但有很多活動提供，職員親切對小朋友友善。
